Summary: 3rd year at this property. Location, views, neighborhood all great. They provide all you would need. Close enough to Bodega Bay, Jenner and Duncan Mills. Do not miss the pastries at the Duncan Mills bakery.

Summary: Beyond wonderful. I planned to bring my mom and aunt for my aunts 80th bday celebration. My aunt ended up breaking her hip and couldn’t make it. Beth was kind enough to allow me to bring my son instead. The house is breathtaking form the moment you enter the courtyard and see the beautifully cared for yard. Then you enter the current cottage with a wall of windows with stunning closeness to the ocean. You feel like you could jump right in. The love and care that the family has for this house is clear everywhere. It was very nicely updated. Very clean, and comfortable. We made meals, played games, which they have many there, watched movies by the fire, walked the beach and had the best time! We hope to stay again as soon as we can.

Summary: Just WOW! It is EXACTLY what we hoped for. Actually more. For two couples it could not possibly be more ideal. Two master bedrooms with plenty of privacy yet cozy and homey. The view simply can not be beat. End of story. And walking distance to great hiking trails. We booked again for. November. And I’m sure in November we will book again! Superb!!

Summary: Great property. Beautiful location and views and beach. Hot tub is nice. Dishwasher did not work and kitchen equipment could be better. Also mattress in second bedroom was not comfortable and pillows were probably fine for kids, but not restful for middle aged parents. But we loved it because it’s a sweet little house and the owners obviously love it.

Summary: The view is stunning! The house was very clean. The couches, chairs and be beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed. Having the beautiful courtyard was perfect for our dog. We could just let him out in the morning & didn’t have to worry about him. We loved watching the waves & hearing them as well fell asleep. Great place!
