Summary: The suite is perfect for two people and Robb and Clint are the best hosts! They really have created a Niagara Oasis. So cozy and aesthetically pleasing! Close to all the Niagara attractions. You’re gonna love having coffee or wine on the porch!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and bed was comfortable. They changed one of the couches out for a table and chairs which was nice to have. Didn't realize when we booked it there isn't a full kitchen but that was our fault for not noticing. It's convenient to a bus stop so we didn't have to pay for parking. The tv was rather grainy and not good quality not other than that it was a nice stay.

Summary: Our stay at this quiet Niagara Falls apartment was perfect! The host contacted us several times--once to make sure that we knew how to check in and then again to make sure that we had everything we needed. The location is perfect to access the falls, as well as, Niagara on the Lake and the Botanic Gardens. Although it is about 2 miles from the falls it is easily walkable or accessible by public transportation.

Summary: We loved the new shower and furnishings. The neighborhood was quiet and the front porch was pleasant to sit and read. We would recommend this place.

Summary: What a gorgeous place! We loved it! Sitting on that patio to have coffee and meals was very enjoyable, the living area was very cozy, and everything was clean and organized. They even had a booklet outlining some things you could see in the area and places to eat, which was very helpful. I'd advise anyone staying here to keep their car parked at the property and get a day pass to use the transit system in the area. It takes you to almost all of the attractions and you don't have to pay crazy amounts of money for parking. We will be staying here again FOR SURE! Just something for the owners: your listing says there is a jacuzzi tub as one of the amenities. We weren't expecting one as the ad has enough pictures to show there isn't one, but it would be a good idea to edit that out just in case.

Summary: This property is so close to the river, yet far enough from the center of Niagara Falls, that it is quiet and peaceful. We took the WeGo buses everywhere. It was so easy!! Beautiful - highly recommend!
