Positive: Rather new hotel with nice and simple decor. Big rooms. Breakfast selection is quite good. Restaurant food is good too Central location close to mall and other facilities.

Negative: The cappucino a bit too foamy and might need better beans because I could not taste the coffee There were some children screaming and running in front of my room at ground floor near receptionist - I was too tired to protest - but the staff did not stop them.

Positive: The accommodation is beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. What truly stands out is the staff’s consistently positive attitude and cheerful demeanor. They promptly handled everything we needed, making our stay effortless. They even accommodated a slightly later check-out, which was a great help for my pregnant wife. As a last point - they have really good food!

Negative: Gorontalo is dirty city, with no soul, but thats not problem of this hotel. Nothing to mention.
