Positive: The pools are fantastic - our kids love the variety of pools to swim in. They also enjoyed some of the kids club activities. The beach is lovely and an easy walk from the hotel.
Negative: The food is very mediocre and there really is only one choice - buffet. Whilst they advertise 4 restaurants, the opening hours and pricing is geared towards buffet. There aren’t any other restaurants in the town and you must travel to another town to get decent food.
Summary: A good place for kids who love the beach and to swim

Positive: Excellent food and excellent location! We had the half pension and both breakfast and dinner were very, very good! Just 5 min walking to Cala Mesquida.

Positive: Property offered all inclusive facilities and the kids had so much fun!
Negative: The food offerings were great but the cooking was really blend. After staying there for three nights the food T both restaurants became redundant. The process for getting pool towels was a bit hard to understand. Also hotel should put a policy in place where if guests don’t return for two hours the pool chairs would get released. Guests would hog pool chairs for hours and go to the beach where other guests needed pool chairs.
Summary: Overall great resorts for the kids. Great value.

Positive: Good air conditioning; very friendly staff who helped us to change the room no questions asked (we asked to change for a more quite room that is not facing the pool with entertainment); huge variety of food with detailed information about allergens (!) to choose from and several restaurants in the area; alcohol and drinks can be just self-served without any necessity to order a drink even on dinners (!); a lot of non-alcoholic cocktails to choose from; very clean spaces; great for families with children; very green and beautiful inner garden; great idea to combine a door key with all-inclusive bracelet which also allowed to register all orders without the need to say your room number out loud (very very good idea!)
Negative: The pool working hours are from 10 to 6 pm, but if you come at 10 - all beds near the pool are already occupied by people who do not respect the opening hours. I know most of the hotels have the similar working hours and I will comment the same to every hotel: please extend pool hours from 8 am to 8 pm so that also people who do not want to expose themselves to the UV radiation during the hottest hours can also enjoy them. Shower gel was a joke. Compared to other hotels in the area (we have stayed in three different 4-star hotels during our stay), Zafiro had the worst cosmetics in the bathroom.

Positive: It is a super hotels for families with children but not meant as a relaxing place. The rooms are spacious and nice. The swimming pools and the beach is beautiful.
Negative: The rooms smelled like sewage! Terrible smell and the moment you turned the air conditioner off, it hit so hard. The staff only made the bed and change the towels and toilette paper, we stayed 9 nights and our floor was so dirty full of sand and hair and we specifically went to the reciption after we noticed they never clean it to require they do, but when we came back it was still dirty so we just gave up. Staff in the reception are friendly but super slow. To check in three person they needed 35 minutes only for us!. The animation night was super loud until 22:30 pm or sometimes till 23:00 pm and you had no chance to rest or do anything as the volume was uncomfortably high.
