Positive: Everything was excellent. The hotel fully meets the standards of a true five-star property. The rooms are spacious, very clean, comfortable, and cozy. The overall atmosphere, service, and facilities made my stay very pleasant.

Negative: The only small thing missing was a birthday greeting, as I was staying at the hotel on my birthday)))) Apart from that, everything was truly great, and I would be happy to stay here again

Positive: The hotel was well appointed although I believe the hotel was last renovated in 2017, so it is going to be a bit tired compared to hotels with recent renovations. Staff were friendly and polite, as you would expect.

Negative: The hotel wifi was slow. The hotel location is OK, but not great. The swimming pool closes at 6pm which is awkward for my schedule.

Summary: Overall good, but possibly better options in Zhuhai which have better facilities.

Positive: Breakfast is excellent. Room is clean. Hotel's Staff is great and helpful.

Negative: The only thing i dislike was during the stay is they are someone smoking in the hotel room floor where sticker was everywhere mentioned NO SMOKING.
