Positive: It was super close to the sea and restaurants, had a little shop just downstairs and, have not used it, but rooftop I think is beautiful especially during even warmer periods. The apartment itself had everything we needed - we rented it as a transit accommodation for the kids to manage to rest during the day.

Negative: The area is in construction, so this meant quite a bit of dirt outside and few businesses open (not sure if it was due to this though or the season).

Negative: quiet cold in first day (but it was january!), best asset is tarace but in jan it is too cold to us, there is a constructions next to the building now; water in the shower is almost not running - still manageble

Its situated on a convenient place on Cyprus 2 discover other places all over the Island Appartment is comfortable. Beds oki. I extended my stay for another week so that sais enough. A hire car is needed for this place.

Positive: Spacious Apartment with all the facilities included The sofa was comfortable. We enjoyed the veranda outside and above the terrace. We could go to the beach and restaurants without having to take our car.

Negative: The only thing we didnt like was the double bed which was kind of uncomfortable as it was not big enough

Positive: We had a wonderful week in Cyprus with the facilities in this beautiful apartment. We couldn't believe it, but it was even better than it looked in the photos. The apartment is really generous in size, everything was coordinated, clean and functional. Many gadgets that will make the guests' stay more enjoyable: a game console for children, a clothes dryer, sun loungers and chairs on the terrace, a grill with charcoal. A washing machine with practical programs. A nice welcome pack, exemplary communication with the owners. We recommend it to everyone!

Negative: The local beach is really a few minutes walk away, you can rent sun loungers. Unfortunately, the water was not completely clean at the time of our stay, so we preferred other beaches. The free kayaks are shared with another apartment, so you can only borrow them for a limited time. As many previous guests have written, the water pressure in the shower is low, but it is manageable.

Positive: We had a lovely stay at this apartment with our six-month-old baby. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the marina and beach. The host was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed, including a crib and baby bath. The apartment itself is spacious, well-equipped, and even has a lovely balcony and rooftop with a beautiful view of the marina. For the price, it offers great value.

Negative: The water pressure in the shower could be better, and it would be helpful to have a proper place to hang towels. Also, while the bedrooms have air conditioning, the living room doesn't, so it takes a bit of time for it to cool down. Finally, the apartment is located in front of a road, which can sometimes be noisy, but it wasn’t a major issue for us.
