Positive: Location is 15 mins drive from Alhambra. We reached late and stayed only one night. Parking is behind the apartment in a lane and host guided us properly. Apartment was very clean with modern decor..

Positive: Fantastic location. Easy to walk to places of interest. It's about 5 mins to the cathedral and you can walk to the Alhambra entrance in about half an hour (depending on fitness - it's very steep uplhill!). There are plenty of bars and restaurants close by. The view from the balcony is incredible. The host was very responsive via whatsapp.
Negative: The bed mattresses were a bit soft for us. And the pillows are those tube ones which were very high and firm. The lift is quite noisy if you are a light sleeper for the back bedroom and there is noise from the street from the bar below for the front bedroom until late.
Summary: Great location, amazing view from the balcony.

Positive: The apartment is huge and in a very nice central building block . Amazing views from the balcony. The living room and master bedroom have this great view as well. Very sunny and pleasant. The host was super friendly and always responsive! Overall a great stay!
Negative: One of the three bed rooms is a bit noisy because it’s closed to the elevator. The two bathrooms and kitchen while they are very well maintained, they are relatively old so some partial renovation could upgrade the property significantly.

Positive: A large, spotlessly clean, apartment located in the heart of Granada with 3 air conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, utility room, living/dining room, a terrace with stunning views over the city to Sierra Nevada plus secure parking. There is a small Carrefour right next door, a bakery on the same street and lots of excellent restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Communications with Juan were excellent before, during & after our stay. Highly recommend this apartment when visiting the beautiful city of Granada.
