Summary: The photos on line look WAY better that then the reality. The hotel spaces and room decor are OK but cheap and not as cozy and unique as the site photos would have you believe. We were disappointed.

Summary: The property itself is beautiful, and most of the staff were kind and accommodating. However, my experience with Nadine was less than ideal. While I noticed her being exceptionally pleasant and kind to my friend during checkout, my interaction with her was quite different. She seemed standoffish and didn’t inquire about my stay or show the same warmth. This inconsistency in her demeanor was disappointing

Summary: The WiFi sucks...it takes a long time to get any internet connection and is very annoying. There's not a lot surrounding the hotel for restaurants, etc. and it pretty far away from the town center with no transportation options except for cabs, Uber.

Summary: I based all my stays on people’s comments so I will do the same for future travelers. This hotels courtyard was one of the nicest I’ve seen, it was clean and very convenient location, about a 25 minute walk to Alhambra. I chose 5 star hotels for all my stays and to be honest the rooms where not 5 stars, but I think it was 5 star for Granada standards, there are no super high end hotels in this city so based on location it was a 5 star. The staff was great and helpful and overall I would recommend you staying here if you want to see Granada and the Alhambra. Would also highly recommend going to the St Nichilas street at the top and having dinner at the restaurants facing the Alhambra at night.hope this helps.
