Summary: Very well located apartment. Nicely equipped. Good coffee machine and excellent shower. Comfortable bed. A nearby street appeared to offer help to beggars so we had to walk through a large crowd of rough looking people at one point who were waiting to be let in for food we assumed. Very helpful host, Teresa.

Summary: Due to the location of the apartment (almost attached to the university) and our arrival on May 2 and May 3rd being a holiday the narrow labyrinth of streets were crowded with loud and many beer swigging students - yelling and screaming late into the night. The temperature outside was in the low 30’s and the male students were urinating in the streets - put the two together and the odour was not pleasant. After the holiday was over things settled down and it was quite peaceful. The apartment is very clean and modern, well equipped and the bedroom is very quite at night. The patio was a nice place to unwind in the evening. Amelia , the hostess was a great help and very pleasant to deal with. It was a very easy check in and out. The parking is about a 10 minute plus walk from the front door and not in the building.. Granada offers a lot of great things to see and do. Most things are walkable but the Alhambra is a bit too far - better to take a cab. All in all a great place to stay.

Summary: Apartment was well equipped and perfect for a short term visit to Granada. Short walk to restaurants and attractions. The supplied parking is modern, spacious and clean. We would recommend this place to friends.

Summary: El apartamento está muy céntrico a 5 minutos andando de las zonas de tapeo. Viene genial tener parking porque es complicado aparcar en Granada. Todo limpio y correcto.

Summary: Very good wheelchair accessibility. Ramp from the street into the apartment. Elevator in the building (although this room was on the 1st floor). Roll in shower and doorways were plenty wide enough for our manual wheelchair.
