Summary: August is the best time in the Hampton's, staying at the beach is even better. The house has direct access to it, plus the amenities you need for your summer vacation: tennis court and pool. The owner and the caretaker are very attentive and available if needed. The listing description is exactly what it was, very comfortable beds and nicely finished bathrooms. Kitchen is equipped with all you need and house has multiple areas to entertain. House keeping provided once a week. We would recommend this home and hopefully can come back again next year.

Summary: Our two families of four adults, sic kids, and two nannies had the absolute best vacation in this home. Pool out front, beach in the back, plenty of room fir everyone, great location, awesome service by the landlord and caretaker. Highly recommend.

Summary: Fantastic location, directly on the beach. Perfect for outdoor activities. Great kitchen for cooking and entertaining. Enclosed heated pool + tennis. Recommend to stay longer then a week, it is just magical.

Summary: There is nothing else like waking up to the ocean breeze and walk to the beach with a coffee cup every morning. There is nothing else like taking a long walks, getting your feet wet in the ocean and listening the sound of the crushing waives at sunset time. Such a nice time to connect with nature, get active. The property is centrally located, 100% Oceanfront, 5 min from village of Quogue and 10 min from village of Westhampton. We played tennis every day and our children enjoyed the pool, play ground and sun. There are couple of bikes in the property and a kayak. Perfect getaway for the family or just with friends. Looking forward to come back next summer. :)

Summary: We came for a much needed vacation and relaxation and that is just what we got! This home is beautifully situated on Dune Rd. and we could admire the ocean from all main rooms in the house. The home is immaculate, light and very spacious, which adds to the airy, relaxing atmosphere. Even the art around the house add to the joy of being there! Having our morning cup of coffee and enjoying the view of the ocean and sunrise, listening the sound of the crushing waves, was our favorite time! The amenities are top notch! The house keeper is very friendly and sensitive! The house care taker is wonderful and always available. It was our second visit here and won't be the last!

Summary: the ocean front setting of this lovely home is spectacular.the house is easy to use, well-maintained,and the in-ground pool is great for serious swimmers and paddlers, too. property managers are extremely responsive and helpful.i don't want to rave too much or i won't be able get the dates i want next season!!!
