Summary: We had 2 really enjoyable weeks at the house. The house itself was well equipped, spacious and with a great pool and garden. The house, pool and garden were cleaned when we were there and it was unobtrusive. As for location, the quaint town centre was a little over 5 minutes walk away and a few lovely coffee shops and restaurants nearer. There is everything there you could want - local shops as well as a main supermarket. The beach was a mile and a half away but that is about as close as you can be unless you're on Dune Road and the access to Rogers Beach easy to sort. Finally, Greg was a great host. Responsive to queries, proactive before arrival and left us able when we stayed. Exactly as you'd hope. Can highly recommend staying.

Summary: I stayed at Greg's home July/August and loved it. The house is great- the living room looks out to the large backyard and pool. We loved the backyard for our kids- its well shaded and so is the pool. I also used the yoga room a lot. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. Greg was super responsive and helpful the entire stay. The location is nice because its walkable to town, tennis courts, large grocery store, playground. I would highly recommend Greg band his lovely home.
