Positive: The location was great. Not very close to the beach, but knew that so no issue at all. The section of Seabrook is very quiet and peaceful.

Negative: The only con to our stay was a few cleanliness issues. The first dish we pulled out of the cabinet was very dirty, and there was a smell in the kitchen that we couldn't figure out what it was or where it was coming from. It didn't affect or stay, and we could definitely return.

Summary: Large condo in a very peaceful location of Seabrook. Would definitely return!

Negative: was farther from beach than we thought. no hairdryer, no beach towels. only given 1 kitchen trash bag and kit was to have two.

Negative: Floors need serious cleaning. Some dishes/silverware was dirty…but in drawers/cabinets. Water temperature in hall shower either ice or boiling.

Positive: Beautiful location. Instructions were very clear and made check in very simple. We had no issues. I also liked that all the light switches were labeled. They had plenty of dishes and cookware to make ourselves at home! Very nice set up.

Negative: I must have overlooked the fact that it cost an additional $30/day for the amenity card. The king size bed was not super comfortable, but the pillows were nice.

Summary: It was good, we would stay here again.
