With the retracted end units, as folks walk up/down the stairs they can look right onto the deck and into both bedrooms. With our UPSTAIRS Extended End Villa, you will not be sandwiched between two units, nor will you have other decks looking back at you, or folks looking in as they walk up or down the stairs !!! Summary: Very nice property; directly across from the pool and ocean. Quiet and nice building. Clean and very comfy bed. The balcony is really nice with nice furniture. The property manager Sherri is great! The unit is as described; furniture, bedding, kitchen and baths were nice.

Summary: Condo was very clean with perfect access to the pool & beach. The patio gave us full view of beach, pool, and ocean. Communication prior to our visit & during the week was responded to very promptly. Sherri was the great host. Just a perfect week for our family of 6. We look forward to coming again.

Summary: The villa is ideal for a beachfront location. Close to the pool and beach. The views cannot be beat. The villa was clean, comfortable beds and everything you need to live comfortably. The owner was so accommodating and shared special event info. You know this owner wants her guests to have a great vacation.

Summary: From the moment you step in, it is obvious why there are all 5 star reviews. The property is immaculate, and all the little details have been worked out. The towels are soft and fluffy, the coffee cups hold a generous amount, and the furnishings make you” at home” comfortable. Your Host is the most responsive ever. All my inquiries were about the island, as the Villa didn’t lack a thing. Sherri responds like a friend who has been waiting for you to arrive. I love Seabrook, and have stayed many times. Can’t imagine a nicer place, and I hope to stay there again

Summary: We love this property! Have stayed here numerous times and it’s AMAZING every time. It’s the perfect location. Great access to beach and pool. Elevator is awesome for loading and unloading everything. Perfect views and wonderful balcony to enjoy. Will stay here again for sure! I can’t say enough great things about this place and highly recommend!

Summary: On the 2nd floor with an awesome view to sit outside and see the ocean. So convenient to the pool and ocean. You can take the steps or elevator which is close by. The villa was clean and we lacked nothing. Nicely decorated! My 88 year old Mom really enjoyed herself too but had a bit of a hard time using the toilet in the one bathroom because it was so low. Maybe put it on a riser? Other than that it was awesome!

Summary: We stayed the week of July 4th. The unit was very nice and extremely clean. We were able to relax and enjoy our time as a family. The beds were comfortable. The unit had a well stocked kitchen with all the things you needed to cook. You do have to cross the street to get to the pool and beach. It is not as close as it appears in the listing pictures. The only cons were, not the owners fault, the $5 charge per towel per day at the pool and not being able to take a cooler to the pool.
