Summary: This is our first time staying at Seabrook Island, and we couldn't be happier! The beach, pool, and clubhouse are all within walking distance. The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed and then some. Sheri was quick to respond to my texts. Will definitely be staying again.

Summary: Wonderful view from balcony. Villa was very nice and well presented. Atrium Villas are a great place to stay directly across from the beach!

Summary: The place was absolutely beautiful with amazing views and 2 minute walk to the beach. There was only 20 people on the beach because the entire island is private. We rode horses on the beach, chartered a yacht to see the dolphins, got full body massages, all within the island area.

Summary: Our family had a wonderful stay here. Seabrook Island is beautiful, relaxing quiet! The property is so close (walking distance) to the pool and beach and it has an amazing view! The owner was very responsive! We will be back!

Summary: Some of the things I wasn’t aware of from the description: the property is across the street from the beach. The balcony isn’t private, meaning it’s open to the walkway of the complex, so people coming up and down the stairway can interact with you. With that being said, it was a nice location and the villa was nice. I do give it 5/5. Sheri was a great host. No complaints, just wasn’t aware of those two things.
