Our second floor condominium in private, gated Pawleys Plantation features vaulted ceilings and a beautiful view of the 11th fairway. Bright and serene, the unit is comfortably furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen, a screened-in balcony, and washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a door to the screened-in balcony, with a full bathroom just off of the room. The second bedroom is located at the front of the unit, with two queen size beds and a full bathroom. On the technology side of the fence, there is a 50” flat screen SMART TV and Blu-Ray player in the main living space, flat screens in the bedrooms, cable television, and secure wi-fi internet.
The condominium is located close to the community pool which is open from May 1 to October 1, and within walking distance of the Clubhouse, Pro Shop, and the Palmetto Pub for a quick bite. A beach pass to Huntington Beach State Park (about ten minutes away) for use during your stay is provided. Pawleys Island proper is just three miles by car. For your beach trips, four beach towels and four beach chairs are provided for your convenience.

Summary: Pawleys Plantation is a wonderful, peaceful place. Condo is very well supplied. Inclosed balcony has a nice view of hole #11. I’ve rented from this owner before and have never had an issue.

Summary: We loved everything about this property. Very quiet, safe neighborhood. Easy walking distance to the restaurant/bar at Pawleys Plantation golf course. Wish we could have enjoyed the beautiful screen porch overlooking the golf course, but the trees were pollinating and the pollen covered all the furniture.

Summary: We had a short but very enjoyable stay in this spacious and clean condo. The owner was immediately available when we had a minor issue with one of the cable tv boxes (which was an easy fix!). As we are searching for real estate in the area, we loved the location and got a great sense of Pawley’s Plantation.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay! The unit was so comfortable and living area was so nicely decorated. Great location to the Pawleys Island community. Hosts communicated very kind and promptly. A five star rental but I had to deduct a star because the decorative bedding needs to be laundered. I had to put the comforter and shams from the king bedroom out of the porch during our stay because the smell was so off-putting. But I am a super smeller. Regardless, I highly recommend this rental.
