2 Bedroom Condo in Pawleys Island

Pawleys Island is the nations oldest seaside resort and is one of South Carolina’s best-kept secrets. Just a few minutes from the beach, our condo is nestled in the treetops in Pawleys Plantation – a golf and vacation community with immeasurable charm. This condo is perfectly suited for one or two couples or a small family.
This is a second (top) floor condo in a Low Country style fourplex overlooking the 11th green on a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course. It has vaulted ceilings, is shaded by trees, and is filled with upscale, comfortable furniture and décor. During the months of April to September we ask for weekly rentals only from Saturday to Saturday.
The swimming pool, for residents and their guests, is conveniently located just across the street and open from May thru September.
Recently remodeled, the galley kitchen has granite counters and is fully equipped with everything anyone who loves to cook.
The dining area features a 48” round table with 4 chairs (more chairs are in the condo for use at the table).
The comfortable airy living area is bright and sunny and tastefully furnished for your enjoyment. The television is a 32” flat screen -there is also a DVD player.
At the end of the living room are sliding glass doors, which open onto a screened porch getaway room furnished with a small table and chairs and two comfy chairs for reading or watching the golfers go by. This space is protected by installed vinyl sliders for year round use.
There are 2 full bathrooms – one for each bedroom.
The master bedroom is a spacious room with a very comfortable king-size bed with good reading lights on each side of the bed.
The second bedroom with bath is on the front of the building. It is separate from the other bedroom, which affords good privacy. There are 2 queen beds.
Ceiling fans are located in all the living spaces of the unit.
Pawleys Plantation golf course and Pub are available to you during your stay.

Summary: My wife and I have stayed in vacation rentals in many places for many years; and of all of our stays this will be remembered as one of our most favorite. The seating is very comfortable; the colors soft and soothing. Chairs are even provided in the bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked. The setting is quiet with many opportunities for walking. The internet is good. Pawleys Plantation is one of our favorite destinations and we look forward to staying in Tom and Peggy"s condo again in the future.Harold and Raija

Summary: It was a great vacation staying at Pawleys Plantation. The weather was nice. Condo had everything including special items re pantry items spices, foil paper, pans and pots. The condo may need a few replacements (wear) re the fridge door stays slightly open at times, some vents are showing signs of rust. The WiFi - TV was down 3-4 times during our 20 days there. It was noticed that repair crew is laying new fibre-cable into the area - so that might have been the reason for the outage (one evening no cable-internet for hours till 8:30pm at nite). Had to reset (turn off-on) few times. Loved the chairs out front spent many hours in sun reading-relaxing. Enjoyed dog friendly condo our fur baby enjoyed the walks and porch area.. Played the course Pawley Plantation it is in great shape. Enjoyed our stay great location for activities nearby - beach is short drive and spent few afternoons on long walks..

Summary: We had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo unit! It was very neat, clean and beautifully furnished. We loved Pawley's Plantation and its proximity to everything we wanted (or could want) to do! Inquiries to the host were answered in a very timely manner, and access to the condo was very easy. Summary: This condo is well equipped and has comfortable furniture. We enjoyed the screened porch for morning coffee and relaxing in the evenings. The master bed was very comfortable and provided great sleep. We loved the neighborhood, it was a great for walking. The Ryans are very friendly and communication was excellent. We would love to stay here again.

Summary: The owners were great with communication, and everything about the property was amazing! We made good use of the pool across the parking lot. The only downside was the drive to the beach with very limited parking. Overall, we had a wonderful time!
