Our 1313 Pelican Watch Villas at Seabrook Island is ON THE BEACH complete with sunsets and ocean breezes. There is no other BEACHFRONT villa at Seabrook Island like this corner condo with covered deck. Sleeps 4 plus 2 babies under 2 yrs old. License #STR25-000112.
Our calendar is ALWAYS up to date. FREE AMENITY CARDS with access to Seabrook Island's private club, all beaches, 3 beach and lakeside pools, 3 restaurants, docks and shops, 2 golf courses and country club, library, equestrian center and tennis courts. Indoor pool and gym fee -$15/daily pass. Sparkling clean for the most discriminating guests! $40 for gate pass/parking and $75 admin charge. These fees plus tax are already included in your VRBO quoted price. Dogs, only. $175 fee per pet up to 35 lbs; call if more.

Summary: We loved this place so much that we already rebooked for next year. Location is amazing. Very relaxing. Rented bikes and rode everywhere. Beautiful area. So relaxing. Hosts were super reliable and easy to contact. They also replied immediately. easy to contact with veryresponses.

Summary: Great location if you want quick and easy access to the beach. Cozy home for a getaway and plan on being back in the future. Saw dolphins playing in the ocean in the morning from the deck!! I do wish we had information before booking on the status of amenities like the Seabrook restaurants and outdoor pools since that was one of the reasons I selected the property but they weren’t opening for the season until later in the week.

Summary: The view from this unit was surprisingly amazing. We had a slight issue when we arrived and Mary was very responsive and accommodating and fixed it immediately. We will go back for sure.

Summary: What a wonderful place to stay. And the area has so much to offer (even late in December)! The villa has everything you need, is nicely appointed and super clean. The beaches were great for long walks, collecting shells, watching dolphins, and beautiful sunsets! Views of the water and sunset from the villa’s deck are spectacular! I would watch the dolphins from the deck while having my morning coffee. The villa and Seabrook Island are pet friendly with a lot of areas for walks. The grocery store and plenty of shops are close by and don’t miss a trip into Charleston. Mary was an amazing host - excellent communication, responds right away and she is so sweet! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay or host! I am looking forward to a return visit.

Summary: We had an amazing time staying in this condo at Seabrook Island! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by beautiful nature. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We loved waking up to the peaceful views from the balcony and enjoyed the nearby amenities, including the pools and restaurants. Mary was very responsive and helpful, making the entire process seamless. We truly felt at home and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!
