Lower level living featuring ping pong table and 9 piece sectional. One of the only homes with full glassed in sunroom. There is a security deposit with this rental WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS OF ANY KIND.
Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club, are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage.
Take a walk on the 3 1/2 miles of wide open beach while watching the dolphin swim by, the pelican's dive for fish and the variety of birds on the beach. 1136 Summerwind is the perfect vacation home.
