Torcross is a beautiful little coastal village in the South Hams, best known for its unique position between Slapton Ley and the three-mile-long shingle beach overlooking Start Bay.

There are two lovely bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of which is an en suite), a nicely kitted-out kitchen, and a spacious top floor living room with a dining area. Next to the front door there's a small, raised terrace where guests can enjoy a morning coffee, and a lower terrace with outdoor furniture, if you fancy relaxing in the sunshine before going out to explore.
The well-known Start Bay Inn is a two-minute amble along the seafront, so if you fancy good wholesome food within a traditional coastal pub setting, this is the place. Nearby, Stokely Farm Shop serves fantastic breakfasts as well as wood-fired pizzas, home-made pies, seafood dishes and Sunday roast. Their Deli is also a great way to stock up on a few locally produced treats to pop into the fridge at your apartment.
