Set right on the beach in the beautiful village of Torcross, At The Beach is a collection of lovely apartments overlooking the three mile stretch of shingle and crystal clear waters of the bay beyond.
Arranged over two floors, 19 At The Beach is a taste of contemporary coastal living, with a spacious interior and stylish furnishings lending a luxurious feel to the property. Upstairs the large living / dining area is a welcoming space with angled walls that give an architectural flair to the room, and large windows at opposite ends basking the floor in natural light. A small window bench with sea glimpses makes the perfect reading nook or a great place to enjoy that first morning coffee, and a pair of tan leather sofas invite evenings of relaxation and socialising. Situated on the ground floor, the well-laid out kitchen is amply equipped for whipping up anything from a full English to a roast dinner, and a range of appliances and utensils make for a fuss-free stay that feels just like home. Sleeping four guests, the master bedroom is furnished with a solid oak-frame double bed as well as a comfy armchair and is located on the ground floor with one of the sofas in the living room converting to a double bed for additional sleeping.
The village of Torcross is set within the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is fantastic for coastal walks and sight-seeing. Just a short drive away are the fabulous South Hams beaches at Blackpool Sands, Hallsands and Thurlestone, with Dartmouth being just a short drive away.
Pets: 2 Pets permitted. Please advise the Luxury Coastal team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. Summary: This was the second consecutive year we stayed at THE BEACH,Excellent location,very clean & presentable,some goodies left for us as well as nice Xmas tree,Very peaceful & quiet,located right on the beach with lovely walks,Regretfully we will be unable to visit next year & will be looking to book somewhere cheaper,Apart from cost could not fault..

Summary: We absolutely loved it at 19 The Beach, if you like a quite laid-back holiday away from the bustle of larger towns this is the place for you. The friendly owner came and introduced himself and gave us a key fob to operate the barrier to the complex car park. The accommodation is very nice, tastefully decorated and has everything you could possibly want for a lovely holiday. There is a table and chairs outside the front door should you wish to eat alfresco but you will have the odd holiday maker pass you on their way out from their accommodation. The beach is a minute's walk from the front door which our dogs loved, if you turn left and up the steps it takes you over the hill and on to another beach which is much quieter. We hope to return soon.

Summary: We love the location.The accommodation is better suited to 2 people than four.Great place for those with small dogs.On our second visit we took fans which made a big difference. We hope to visit again next year.:)

Summary: We loved our holiday at 19 at the beach it's in a lovely position so handy for the beach..It was spotlessly clean with everything we needed for our two week stay. John was on hand if we needed him, always pleasant. Nothing too much trouble. Having parking facilities was a bonus as that's often a problem with holiday lets. We will certainly be back and Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the beautiful South Hams.
