Positive: The flat has absolutely everything we need. We know Torcross very well and, for us, to have the Ley on one side and the sea on the other is just absolutely perfect. To be able to sit on the balcony overlooking the Ley and watch the Sun go down is pretty special. We’ve stayed before and will certainly stay again.
Negative: We love pretty much everything about the property.

Positive: The property was mostly very clean (see below) and comfortable. Great location with everything you could need with exceptional views. Easy and good communication with the hosts too!
Negative: With the property priding itself on its views and location, it was disappointing that the windows and the outside table/chairs weren’t clean to fully enjoy the views - we spent some time cleaning them ourselves to fully enjoy the views. The hot water wasn’t on when we arrived so we didn’t get to have a shower our first night. The key for the security latch for the twin latch was also snapped in half so we couldn’t unlock that window fully.

Negative: The hot water ran out in shower after half a shower I called and someone came round immediately to rectify sadly the following morning it went cold halfway through my shower I am sure this will not be the case in future as when informed they were amazing

Positive: The location is excellent. The apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable, and, of course, the views .... the Sea and the Ley .... wonderful. I like a quick dip in the sea and husband likes to fish - perfect for us. We had a lovely meal at the pub one evening, and breakfast on last morning at the cafe. Both very good.

Positive: Location was ideal with the bonus of stunning views from both sides. Tastefully decorated and very comfortable flat. Great to have free parking on site. Easy access to the coastal path. The host provided very useful information about walks & local amenities.

Positive: Views front and back. Location by the sea with good pub to eat in near by.
Negative: Told couldn't arrive til 4 pm but didn't get in til 4.25 pm as hired cleaners still cleaning . No contact from owner. Also told hot water would be on but it wasn't.
