Easy Access Ground Level Apartment - Pet friendly with furnished patio, grill with propane and private fenced yard. King in master bedroom, 2nd sleeping area has double bed. Dog friendly. It is located at the 7th street beach walkover for quick and easy beach access, approximately a 100 foot walk. Only a six block walk into town for dining and great entertainment. This is a townhouse unit in a building that has three units.
WE ARE PET FRIENDLY! PLEASE SELECT THE "PET" BUTTON. Maximum 2 dogs and we do not accept cats or birds. The pet fee is $95.00 plus tax and covers both dogs. Please let us know the breed/s and weight/s of your dog/s upon booking.
Maximum 4 overnight guests.
Primary Renter must be 25 years or older
This is not an event house
We are pet friendly with a pet fee - max two dogs (only). If the dog’s weight is over 50 pounds, contact us for approval.

We provide beach chairs and beach towels - Anything left on the beach overnight will be removed by beach patrol. – You will be charged for chair replacement. Fill any holes in the sand each evening so that people and turtles are safe.

Summary: My best friend & I very much enjoyed our stay! Our host was very responsive and friendly, and it was a great space for us. I enjoyed breakfast every morning in the backyard, and we were very grateful for the provided beach chairs & towels. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs. There were also sufficient bathroom & kitchen supplies, including towels. I can't say enough about the location! It is only a few steps from a very nice walkover right onto the beach. It's an easy and short walk just across the street that brings you to a great spot on the beach that is not overly populated. I definitely recommend!

Summary: The accommodations were perfect for us, including our 2 small pups. They were so comfortable and it gave me peace of mind knowing that the beach walkover is literally 2 minutes away. Clean, neat, super cute and comfy. Host was very responsive and I cannot wait to book my stay for next year.

Summary: The pictures dont do this place justice!! The outside is super cute and way closer to the beach than i was expecting, Alicia responds quickly when needed and answers all questions, i really enjoyed staying here and plan on coning back as soon as we can. Was also a very convient location for us to do activities like deep sea fishing for shark. Super fun and thrilling!!

Summary: Fourth time staying at this property, but first time in this unit. Charming ground floor space, plenty of room for two adults and two dogs. The small yard with patio and grill was wonderful to have and you’re just steps from the beach. As always, the unit was super clean when we got there and Alicia is right next door and very responsive for anything you may need. Old-school Folly vibe . Perfect spot if you want to bring the dogs with you and not break the bank.
