A stunning impeccably kept furnished apartment in a prime location within the
City. Innovative design, spacious floors with full size kitchen and living
area , we have washer and dryer, a luxurious beddings, linens and furnishings
in bedrooms and bathrooms. With FREE access to WiFi, Fitness Center, Indoor
Pool, Sauna & Steam Rooms, and Jacuzzi and BbQ area. A perfect city oasis of
comfort and luxury.
On site parking available which is handled by third party contractor and cost
around $15-$25 per day per car - payable on site
Pets are allowed for an additional fee of $50 per pet per stay. Restrictions
apply. This will be collected separately, prior to your arrival.

Summary: Our family spent spring break exploring Washington, DC and we could not have asked for a better location to use as a home base. The kitchen supplies were a bit sparse, and the parking was TIGHT (construction in the garage and lobby), but we made it work. Would choose this location again if in the area.

Summary: We’ve stayed at this apartment twice now and for our group, it couldn’t be better. Walking distance to most museums but also easy access for Ubers and close to Metro. Restaurants everywhere.

Summary: Walking distance to attractions, National Mall & many restaurants. Management very helpful & responsive to questions. Plenty of towels, sheets & blankets. The apartment could use more flatware, glasses & kitchenware. We were there for Christmas & planned on cooking. We recommend this apartment & would definitely rent again

Summary: Very clean and modern, and perfect location to visit museums and monuments or hop on the metro. We had 4 adults/young adults. Super easy check-in and check-out, and the building amenities (pool and workout room) are fabulous. The only thing I would say is the couches were a little uncomfortable, and the actual unit we got was not the one pictured, but it was similar, and it was great.

Summary: Perfect location - close to museums, monuments and metro. The apartment was modern and clean, and the amenities - pool, fitness center and locker rooms were lovely. The hot tub was out of order, but that was ok for us. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking and eating utensils, and neighborhood had tons of restaurants (expensive).
