Positive: My family and I were very pleased with our stay. We loved that we had separate bedrooms and bathrooms for parents and kids. The building was very clean and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. We loved the additional amenities such as an indoor pool and fitness center. Parking is right in the building as so affordable at $15/day. The location is central, easy walking distance to the White House and National Mall. I'd definitely stay here again!

Positive: The location of the appartment is just perfect! The appartment itself was nice, clean, comfortable and there was nothing to complain about. As family we enjoyed having two bathrooms. Compared to other places, the parking garage next to the appartment offers a fair price for overnight parking.

Positive: The apartment was very clean and had all the necessary towels and sheets. The location is amazing - we walked everywhere (White House, The Capitol, Monuments) - very walkable. It has an attached garage at cost $16 per day per car. We traveled with kids and we had a great time.
Negative: I expected a queen or full air mattress, but the apartment included a twin air mattress. We made it work and really enjoyed the apartment.

Positive: We like mostly the location of the apartment. We could walk to most of the main sites in DC. Additionally, we like the fact that the flat is fully furnished with washing machine, equipped kitchen. Pelican seems to be a very good manager which left the flat very clean.
Negative: The building was going through a renovation period so its lobby was a little messy. We did not like the fact that there wasn't any cafe around. The flat was comfortable but dry. We would have appreciated some welcoming fruits, water given the price we paid.
Summary: Very safe, nice and centrally located apartment which we would likely come back again.
