Welcome to our new home in Payson, AZ. It's a very clean and cozy home that seats in a nice almost 3 acre lot. There’s plenty of room to play. It is a perfect place to get away from the summer heat. During the winter it has nice hills to play when there’s snow. Sometimes if you’re lucky deer or elk will visit you right in the property. Minutes away from the shops, restaurants, hiking, fishing and other activities. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and second bedroom has a bunkbed with queen at the bottom and twin sized mattress on top and a roll away bed on the bottom. The cabin has one bathroom with a tub and shower. It has a spacious closet with washer and dryer. We have board games, cornhole in the garage and a packman game located in the 2nd bedroom. The kitchen has brand new appliances and has everything you need to make a meal for your family. The kitchen opens up into the living room where you will find a comfortable couch and a smart TV. It has an arcadia door that opens up to the backyard and give lots of natural lights.. The backyard has a serene view of the big trees and hills. This is a go to place to relax and recharge.

Summary: We arrived during a snow storm and the backyard and house looked like a Hallmark movie. The house is super clean and well taken care of. It was close to Walmart and restaurants. Perfect place. We will be stay there in the future.

Summary: This is a great little place to stay and was our 2nd stay here. The place is clean, modern, and very nice. Good for 2 adults in the master bedroom, and 2 kids or another adult in the 2nd bedroom, with a shared bathroom. The property is beautiful, secluded, and quiet. The surroundings are also very beautiful.Here are the reasons for only 4 overall stars:1) Internet connection is not very stable. Issues with connectivity persisted with TV, phones, and laptops. If you work remotely and need a good Internet connection you might consider another place until they resolve this.2) WARNING: VRBO will actually charge the 1500 deposit at the time of booking (not a credit card "hold") and will not refund the charge until over 2 weeks after you check out. You will need to pay off this charge on your credit card to avoid interest charges before you even check in. For this reason I will not use VRBO to book this property going forward.

Summary: The first thing I will say is that this property is CLEAN. Like spotless. And I'm pretty picky. It's also wonderfully appointed with everything you could possibly need or want --- even dishes and silverware for little kids!!! Both my husband (who likes hard beds) and I (who prefers a soft bed) slept well in the king bed. All the lights dim!!!! Gorgeous views, great night sky. Fire pit! Quiet neighborhood (except for the hum of the highway, which is kind of unavoidable in the area). High ceilings. Games. It'd pretty hard to find anything to complain about, I'd definitely stay there again! My ONLY recommendation would be to note the unit letter on the travel instructions. Don't get scared off by this; it's a single-family home with plenty of privacy... but two separate houses share the same street number, which threw me off.

Summary: We felt so relaxed being here. Everything that we needed to feel at home, we had it here. Open the sliding door and let the fresh air in. Our family enjoyed hiking in the back yard to get some wood for our little fire. Completely relaxing.
