Positive: I think the studio is very cute & is tucked away in the back of the property so you feel like you do have your own private area. The outdoor kitchen & sitting area is really a nice feature & the fire pit is great on chilly nights. Complete with all you need for your stay. Very helpful & friendly staff, studio was very clean & inviting with a good amount of space & the yard & back porch area are really enjoyable day & night.
Negative: It gets alittle to hot @ night but i just opened windows &/ door & used the fan cool it down & was fine.

Positive: Simi was very responsive. We requested that the heat be turned up and it was immediately. The room was very clean, and the bed/pillows were comfortable. Price was reasonable and the location was good.
Negative: Did not like the lack of separation between bathroom and sleeping area. We knew that was a thing, but the motion detection light in the bathroom could not be turned off and the light was very bright and disruptive for the other person trying to sleep. There was just one hanger in the full size closet. There is apparently no insulation between the two suites. We could easily hear the other renters even when speaking in normal voices. There were no clear instructions on where to find or how to use most of the amenities which were outside on the deck. We 'found' the plastic utensils in a cart on the deck the day before we left. It was an open box that did not include spoons. It was too cold to watch TV outside at night, so did not use that amenity. After a review of the amenities on the property site through Booking.com, I noticed some discrepancies: 1. Sustainability items not followed included use of disposable cups, coffee stirrers, and plastic utensils. 2. Laundry done in accordance with local authority. Not sure what that means. We were expected to strip the bed and start the laundry on checkout. 3. Did not see either tennis courts, Starbucks, or casino on site. 4. Implies that someone would confirm on check in photo ID and credit card, but there is no one on-site to check in. The price was lower than other available rentals. I guess you get what you pay for.

Positive: The information & photos on the rental were accurate & it was a no hassle rental, the owner of the property was wonderful to work with. They had all the information i needed before i arrived already sent to me so i had no issue getting inside when i arrived which was really awesome. And they were quick & great about answering any questions or concerns that i had and made us feel very comfortable & welcome, something i greatly appreciated. It was easy to find & in a great location, close enough to anything we needed in town & yet we still felt very secluded & private. Its a cute little studio with a super comfortable bed, has a huge shower, coffee pot, toaster oven, microwave all inside & it was very clean, nicely maintained, a good price & really perfect for the 2 of us. Washer & Dryer in one of the shared spaces and there are doors that lock for security & privacy entering into either dwelling from the laundry room & they're nice large machines which was nice. One of my favorite parts of this place is the large deck outside of the studio joining up with a nice backyard, fire pit & alot of seating around the fire pit & the porch area too. Nice gas grill, 2 burner stove top & some pans & some cooking utensils/accessories & full size refrigerator. I love the idea of this set up but wish i would've been better prepared because it was hard to enjoy a huge part of this place with the cold weather still.. i would definitely still recommend this place to my friends/ family as well as stay there again just later in the year when the weather is warmer and I could really enjoy the whole experience.
Negative: There were some features that sadly we weren't able to really use or appreciate because it was still pretty cold. The studio rental seemed like it was best suited to be rented more in the warmer season vs 1st of March with the set up. The actual studio studio seemed best utilized mostly for sleep & your bathroom area & then the large porch area outside the studio was pretty much your outdoor kitchen set up with the refrigerator and all your cooking/food preparation & dining area as well as the flat screen TV discussed with all the various viewing options. The TV was located in close view of the dining area & would've been awesome to enjoy but it was to cold to bother and there was no TV in the actual studio only outside. It was also really cold in the studio durring the night & the heat would turn on from what seemed like the main house but not giving us any ability to adjust it but there was an extra blanket provided & we did some as well. Before booking the studio I did realize that this property had 2 rentals available, the main house & the studio but when we arrived we were very happy to know there wasn't anyone in the main house because one of the shared spaces is the backyard but not the porch(the studios living room & kitchen) so it's something I feel would've/could've taken away from the experience for both sets of renters unless we were all renting it together, because the privacy & seclusion part would be lost. But still overall it was a great little get away!
