Summary: We are 3 sisters 75 and over; had a great getaway from the MI winter for a few days. The house was big, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this Payson property. The host, Traci, was extremely communicative and helpful; any questions I had via text were answered within minutes. The house is located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, and has so many different areas to relax. A nice back deck with a large table and gas grill, a large dining table inside, large living room with a fireplace, a large front porch with rocking chairs, and a “game room” downstairs with a giant TV and lots of board games and card games. And it’s homey…the decor is fun to look at and the furniture is actually comfortable! And it’s only about 4 minutes from grocery stores and restaurants. We’re very happy to have found this property, and hope to return!

Summary: Nice older home in quiet neighborhood. Great location to grocery stores and restaurants. Comfortable home with comfortable beds but older decor and lots of it. It was nice to have all the deck space to enjoy. The home was well stocked on dishes. Lots of food items left in fridge and cupboards but wasn’t sure whose it was and how long it had been there. Very nice of owner to leave snacks to make S’mores and popcorn. However we weren’t sure if we should light propane fire pit in front of the house due to “High” fire danger posted outside town. There was lots of brush around it so decided it wasn’t good idea. Couldn’t park in garage as stated due to no space. There were bikes available for riding and games and puzzles in the downstairs room. It was surface clean but I think being the end of Summer renting, I think the floors could use a good cleaning after seeing the bottom of our socks. And the throw blankets smelled like prior renters allowed their pets to lay on them. Otherwise would recommend.

Summary: Older but very cute and clean cottage that is very well stocked and guest friendly. We enjoyed the warm evenings out on the patio both in the front and the back. Quiet neighborhood. Six Bicycles in the garage and lower activity room has an assortment of games. Kitchen has all the spices and accessories you need to eat in. The s’mores fixins was a nice touch. Great host!
