Come stay in our beautiful two bedroom condo! Take in the breathtaking tidal marsh views on the top floor balconies. The open floor plan includes a fully stocked kitchen, open dining and living area leading on to oversized screen porch. The master bedroom features brand new king sized bed and fully remodeled walk in tiled shower as well as access to marsh view porch. 2nd bedroom includes two twin beds and it's own private balcony.
Seabrook Island is a private gated community with access for residents and guests only. Come and explore Seabrook Island with its 2,200 acre offering of golf, tennis, beaches, pools, horseback riding and much more. The property includes 2 sit on top kayaks, beach chairs, beach tent & umbrella, and beach toys for your enjoyment during your stay. The Amenity Card allows access to the Beach Club Pools, the Lake House Amenity Center, as well as all dining options. Additional usage fees are required for golf, tennis, pickleball, fitness center and equestrian reservations, however beach access does not require the Amenity Card. See Seabrook Island Club and Seabrook Island Property Owners Association websites for additional details on fees, hours, etc. Located just outside of the security gate, the Amenity Office address is 1005 Landfall Way, Seabrook Island.
Lastly, please keep in mind that Seabrook is not a typical Resort. It is a private island with a Club that allows for quiet access.

Summary: The marsh view from screened in balcony is peaceful and beautiful and the hikes in neighborhood are also peaceful with abundant wildlife and easy access to non crowded beach

Summary: Condo was quiet and cozy. Beds and couches were very comfy. Easy drive to beach and free access to neighborhood pool. Larger community pool requires amenity card. Condo was very clean, particularly for a beach property.

Summary: The condo was perfect for my stay with my husband. It was very quiet and relaxing. It was also immaculate and smelled wonderful when we walked in. The mattress in the master bedroom was so comfortable and I slept great while we were there. Barbara was readily available to answer any questions I had and able to accommodate us for a slight change. We enjoyed sitting out on the large screened in porch having our wine and cheese. The little touches added, like tissues, dishwashing soap (I forgot to bring) beach towels, extra blankets, & pillows were very much appreciated. I enjoyed the beachy decor throughout the condo. The area has everything you need and is very safe with people biking, running, and walking their dogs. Keep an eye out for the deer everywhere. We enjoyed a nice lunch at the Pelican's Nest at the Beach Club overlooking the ocean. This is our second time to Seabrook Island and I would not hesitate to book here again.

Summary: Beautiful condo with very tasteful, yet comfortable decor. Great for children and stocked with sweet books, toys, and family games. Marsh views were very pretty and the drive to the beach was exquisite. From the beginning of the booking process, the owner has been very accessible and easy to communicate with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Barbara’s condo is lovely, and she was an incredible host, very kind and responsible. The location is perfect, so close to everything. The unit had all the details you could need, was beautifully decorated and felt like home away from home. The beaches and amenities of the community were so fun, too. I highly recommend staying here, and Barbara, thank you so much for a wonderful stay!
