Enjoy a stylish centrally-located 2 bed / 2.5 bath 2nd floor condo, great for campus visits and sporting events, concerts and downtown Tallahassee.
+ The condo is an 10-12 min walk to the Florida State University campus and sports complexes (no need to pay for expensive parking).
+ The condo is .9 miles from College Town which has several shops, restaurants/bars & night life.
+ The condo is also 2 miles from the Donald Tucker Civic Center (concerts & graduation) and from down town Tallahassee/the State Capital buildings.
This spacious 2nd floor, 2 bedroom 2.5 bath condo is nestled in a gated community. For the security and peace of mind of our guests, we use a Smart lock which provides a different and unique access code for each and every guest that is only active for the duration of their stay with us. The community has two swimming pools & a beach volleyball court. The condo was recently renovated from top to bottom.
The professionally cleaned residence provides you with all the comforts of home.
+ Wake up to the smell of freshly brewed coffee from the coffee bar and enjoy it out on the private second story balcony.
+ We have regular or decaf, and a variety of tea’s can be found at the coffee bar that is located adjacent to the dining area.
We have fast Xfinity Internet.
+ Need fast internet for work? With 600mbps you won’t have any issue logging in or taking a Zoom call while your family enjoys streaming a movie on the 55” Smart TV that includes Disney + and Hulu. You can also simply take a break and curl up on our comfy couch with your favorite book.
Kitchen :
+ The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your basic cooking needs so if you want to fry or bake, we’ve got a pan for you.
Bedrooms (2) :
+ The master bedroom has a King size bed & the second bedroom has a Queen size bed. Each of the bedrooms has a private en suite and a walk in closet making this condo perfect for a longer stay.
+ Each bedroom is equipped with a 40” Smart TV for catching your favorite show before falling asleep.
+ Upon request, the guests will have access to an oversized Queen size air mattress for additional sleeping space. There is an additional $50 fee that we are charged by our cleaners to launder the additional linens & bedding for the air mattress. We will need the air mattress requested & paid for prior to your arrival.
** We do not allow any sleeping on the couch for sanitary purposes.

+ You will have access to (2) gated swimming pools. Each pool area has a couple sets of table/chair's as well as lounge chairs. All of which are on a first come first serve basis.

Some additional information about the property :
+ There is a condo on the first floor which is directly below this condo.
- The 1 bedroom condo (650 sq ft) on the first floor is directly below this condo. We rent this 1st floor condo out on VRBO as well which is perfect if guests need an additional space for their family or group that they are traveling with.
- Reach out to us if you would be interested in renting both condos.
+ Our only ask is that our 2nd floor guests make every effort to be considerate of the guests below especially when walking around inside the condo after 9pm and before 8am.
+ We are not asking for you to tiptoe, the sound of normal walking is normally not an issue for the first floor guests. When moving throughout the house barefoot, please try not to walk on your heels & no running or jumping please. Thank you.
+ We added additional sound proofing in between the two residences when we renovated the entire building but as in all multi-level properties, heavy footsteps can travel through the floor from the 2nd story condo to the first floor condo.
+ The first floor bedroom is directly below the 2nd floor condo's living room.

Information about the gated community that is adjacent to Florida State University :
+ The majority of the residents living in the condo community are permanent residents that range from retirees, young families, young professionals & a approximately 50% of the residents in our community are college students due to the close proximity to both Florida State University & FAMU campuses.
+ Periodically you may hear external events going on (mainly outside of our community) late into the evening/night. These external events are normally only on home football game weekends & Holiday weekends (Halloween & Homecoming). These external events are normally not an issue for our guests as our community is normally very quiet but from time to time these events will last past 10 or 11pm.
+ For that reason, we have added small sound machines in each bedroom to help with canceling any external noise.
