2 bedroom, 2 full bath, 2 private office, 2 living room, cute bungalow house with sauna, movie area, and full laundry as well. Also a standing desk and a big dining table offer additional spaces to WFH.
Big bright kitchen with everything you could want and stainless appliances. Two queen beds, two full bathrooms (one step in shower and one with shower and deep speciality Kohler soaking tub!), two living rooms, two full separate offices with large desks, and multiple workspaces for WFH.
We love long term stays and travel nurses, we have a discount for long stays and our house is set up like home for long visits. Easy free parking in the driveway and extra free parking on street.

One spacious upstairs Bungalow bedroom (queen bed), one main floor cozy bedroom (queen bed), full kitchen with stainless appliances (plus air fryer, instapot and more), quiet upstairs living room with comfy couch and piano, basement movie den with flat screen, Bose speakers, and sauna.
There is a blow up bed that can sleep two additional guests for a total of six (please let us know in advance if you need accomodation for more than four people).
Two full bathrooms, one with extra deep Kohler soaking tub (main floor), second with large step in shower (basement level).
Please note the larger dining table is in the den, and there is no first floor dedicated dining room, so this may not be a good fit for hosting lavish formal dinners! :)
You will have exclusive use of the home during your stay, and access to all of the house and yard. You are welcome to use the covered front porch sitting area, and the back deck, as well as the backyard sitting/sunning and dining areas. (Please keep noise levels reasonable for neighbors, and of course no parties or unregistered guests allowed on the property.)

Summary: This was my 2nd time staying at this property and it was just as nice as the first. Nicole was very accommodating, and allowed me to extend my check-out time, due to a snow storm. I was also pleased to see that the sidewalk and around my vehicle was cleared of snow when I was ready to leave.The welcome basket of snacks and home office are perfect touches that make this property a favorite to visit when I’m working in the area.

Summary: I stayed here for several days while traveling to the area for work. The office was very convenient and I especially liked the monitor that I was able to hook up to my laptop for a second screen. The house was clean and comfortable. I even tried out the sauna, which was very relaxing. The host was easy to reach and very nice. The gift basket was a really nice touch that I haven’t seen at other rentals. (I travel a lot) I will likely return to this home during another work trip.

Summary: We were delighted in everything about this property in Detroit! We’ve stayed at lots of verbose who want a five star rating when it’s a three star. This one is truly a 5 Star! From fluffy towels to a welcome basket to cleanliness and good communication with the management. We would highly recommend this property.!

Summary: I would highly recommend Nicole’s place! Wonderful fully stocked kitchen with all of the things a chef could want. I love to cook and super sharp knives and good pans are very important to me and this place had it all! I also really enjoyed the sauna and beautiful basement, it was all very well thought out, had a great vibe, and totally relaxing. Location was also perfect, easy access to freeways so you can be in the city or suburban within a couple of minutes. Great price for all that you are getting, seems perfect for a long term stay and feels like home!
