Ideal for both personal and business trips, our cozy home in the Lamphere district offers a haven of tranquility. Just a few miles from DT Royal Oak and Ferndale, with easy freeway access to Detroit, our home provides a perfect balance of relaxation and convenience.
The space
HIGHLIGHTS:

*No stairs, single floor ranch
Designed and fully renovated by partner SHM, the Sojourn House was our attempt to preserve the original ranch architecture of our Madison Heights home while bringing modern elements. We hope to inspire and provide a unique space that invokes the desert environment while pulling in the beauty of our urban Detroit.
This is a great home for families with its classic ranch-style layout. There are no steps in the home and have designed it to have flow and space to easily move around.
Highlights of the kitchen include a full remodel with stainless steel appliances and an adjacent dining room. The ranch-style home includes three full bedrooms, a beautifully updated bathroom, and a spacious living area. The living area is curated with art that inspires the space and a cozy bar area.
A functional utility room with full laundry also enables as the main entrance to the home.

During your stay, you are welcome to utilize all of the spaces and amenities. If there is something you're unsure how to use, let us know and we will be happy to assist.

Summary: We had a group of four business colleagues that had a two day business conference and were in need of overnight lodging. It was a great location, easy to find, lots of room to relax and sleep, and having the coffee supplies all ready for them in the morning was a happy bonus for them,. Summary: This home is very lovely! The decor is accurately portrayed in the pictures. The hime was spotless and jad everything we needed as a family. Communicatuon with the host was top tier.....immediate response within 2 minutes. I definitely will rent this home again when I return to Detroit. All of the beds were comfy and we slept well at night.
