Positive: The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the first room and they moved us to another room. The amenities were bare (hard to get extra bedding, etc.) but the staff tried. We traveled with our dog and everyone (staff and other guests) were very dog friendly.
Negative: The hotel and rooms were very worn out and old. Much of the place smelled - particularly of marijuana and incense. I've never stayed anywhere where I couldn't get an extra blanket and you had to request each kitchen appliance or cookware separately.

Positive: We stay a lot. The room this time was the best we’ve had. New dresser that worked was a big hit. It was just in much better shape than others. Trinity at the front desk was excellent and extremely helpful.

Positive: The staff was pleasant and the location was great for our visit. It was good value wise - nothing fancy. I just needed a secure place close the attractions we were visiting to sleep and this place fit the bill.
Negative: The towels had hair folded in them - 3 out of 4 of the bathroom towels. The staff wasn’t super informative and never told me where my room was or where the grab and go breakfast was. I get that normally you’d just ask but my social anxiety said no. I figured out where my room was and just bought food at a grocery store for breakfast. The floors were kind of stained up too.
Summary: Decent place if you just need somewhere to crash - nothing fancy though.
