Positive: The condo was great and the view was even better.
Negative: The couch isn't comfortable and should be replaced. Also, the support I received from Booking.com or Vacasa was terrible. I wasn't ever able to talk to a real person. I attempted to get a couple questions answered before the stay, I tried calling and texting 3-4 times and couldn't them to answer the phone or text me back. NOT COOL. We left an item in the bathroom and tried to call to get it picked up, still no answer or text back. Why would I use them again? They provided no service at all.
Summary: Awesome place to spend some time. Don't expect anyone to be at the other end of the phone.

Positive: Location and stay were good. However, it would have been nice to know that the water would be shut off for an entire day. Not conducive to a nice stay!
Summary: Location and view were beautiful; but the water being out and other miscellaneous issues made the stay okay.

Negative: Not as clean as I would have liked and the kitchen sink was stopped up. I called property manager but they didn't seem to interested in fixing it. So I had to! Can't cook without a working sink.

Positive: Stayed at this property once before. Love the location. The facilities were good.
Negative: bathroom is very small Door did not lock so no code was used - couldn't lock the room so no valuables left. Power went out for 2 hours Sunday morning at 4:30. Need to explain lock box if there is one
