The waterfront community pier and nature trails provide a great opportunity to enjoy the natural beauty that Bayside has to offer. "The Point" features a fishing pier, kayaking, paddle boarding, and a fire pit.

Summary: This was a perfect getaway for our family! Pool is right across the street from the unit which was perfect to bring our youngest back for his afternoon nap. The unit is very clean and the owners could not have been more responsive or helpful. 5/5 stars!

Summary: We needed a place for our dance Nationals that were taking place in Ocean City, MD and knew that we wanted some extra room that a hotel on the beach wouldn’t give us. A few others had recommended Bayside as a location and when we found John’s listing it felt like the perfect match - and we weren’t wrong! Location was only about 20 minutes to the convention center - perfect amount of time considering that we had to drive into OC about 4 of the 5 days we were there. John was great with providing info and getting our guest amenities passes booked for us! The condo was super clean and beautiful. Close to the main outdoor pool which was a bonus - wished we could have spent more time there! John was on top of all correspondence with us and a great host. If we find ourselves back in OC for another Nationals in the years to come I will for sure be coming back to this listing to book!

Summary: This property deserves a 10 out of 10. The unit was the cleanest we’ve ever been to at the beach . The owner was the nicest owner we’ve ever talked to or dealt with in a vacation property . John and Lisa are an absolute pleasure to deal with . You won’t find better owners . John talked to me over 2 hours during the summer to give information about his home . I’ve never met a more gracious or prideful owner in my life!! Simply the best !!!

Summary: The condo was perfect for our group. Everyone had enough space and was comfortable. The condo had everything we needed. The owners were responsive and helpful before and during the trip. We were close to the pool and there are plenty of amenities to enjoy. We cannot wait to go back.
