3 Bedroom Condo in Sun Ridge, Selbyville

Bedroom, 2.5 Bath Spacious Condo; Steps to Sunridge Tennis and Rec center(pool, tennis, pickleball,fitness center, volleyball, playground); minutes to Fenwick Island, Bethany and Ocean City Beaches.
Over 2,400 feet for your family to relax and spread out. Screened in porch overlooks pond and view of golfcourse; another private balcony off of master bedroom.
Includes: washer and dryer, 4 flat screen/smart TVs, gas fireplace, Keurig, Nespresso Vertuo, regular coffee machine, blender, toaster, crockpot, wireless internet(no cable, internet only).
Accessible through semi-private elevator.
Note:resort passes are not required to be purchased but are required to access the pools and other amenities. They are $115 per week for ages 5 and up or $65 for three consecutive days. 24 hours notice required for ordering, $5 per pass if needed less than 7 days in advance.
Linens are not included. You will have to bring your own or rent them.
If you want additional cleaning services, the charge is $175 per visit.
We have 8 beach chairs, umbrella, a beach cart, and kids beach toys available.
Upon booking a driver license will be required as well as a listing of the names of all people staying.
Smart lock keypad entry. We will provide you with your own personal key code to enter the property.
We are a pet free, non-smoking house. There is no smoking inside, on the deck, on the screened porch, in the hallway or outside the building. There is a $500 fine if you smoke or bring a pet.
Bayside Resort has live concerts at the Freeman Stage, a Health and Aquatic Center which has a heated 75 foot 5 Lane indoor pool, hot tub, multi-purpose and aerobics room and a fitness area with state of the art equipment for strength training and cardio.

Sunridge pool:Sunridge is home to 2 swimming pools, one that is zero entry with fun waterfalls. It also has a hot tub, bar and a place to get food so you can relax there all day. Sunridge also has tennis, pickleball and basketball. Or bring your kids to the amazing playground.
Commons pool. The Commons pool has a kiddie pool, a free form pool and a hot tub.
Aquatic Center. The aquatic center has a heated 75-foot, five-lane indoor pool, hot tub, multi-purpose/aerobics room, locker rooms (men's and women's) each with a sauna and fitness areas with state-of-the-art strength training and cardio equipment.
Kayaking and paddle boarding at the Point.

Summary: Michelle was a fantastic host. From before our stay and through it, even until the last day where she offered for us to stay later than checkout because nobody was coming that day, she communicated efficiently and effectively. The home was clean, comfortable, incredibly well-stocked with Nespresso pods, keurig pods, flavored syrups for coffee, fancy teabags, pots and pans, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soaps and a garage filled with beach equipment for adults and kids. The location couldn’t be better, across from the pool. The resort was quiet, pleasant and clean. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Summary: What an amazing booking. Michelle was a superb host. Her availability and communication made this stay seamless. Not only was this the most well stocked clean and spacious rental, but its proximity to the Sunridge pool was perfect. The exercise facility was top notch and everyone in the family loved the pools, neighborhood and all the bikes, beach gear, games and toys available in the unit. What a wonderful experience we had here. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Summary: This property is maintained incredibly well (which unfortunately isn’t always the case in Bayside). The location is as close to the main guest pool as you can get and check-in is a breeze. Communication with the owner was seamless and they went above and beyond to ensure we had a great vacation. You can tell that the property has been oriented to be as welcoming to guests as possible. Can’t recommend it enough. (Just don’t book it the same week that we hope to)

Summary: Having vacationed in Fenwick Island for the past 26 years, we have pretty much stayed in every property However, this property ranks at the top of the list. Clean, nicely decorated, spacious and convenient are just some of the words I would use to describe this unit. Very close to the large pool, and only 1 mile from the fitness center. The unit is immaculately clean and can accommodate a large family easily. Everything you need for your vacation is there with the exception of linens. The landlord, Michelle, was in constant contact with us to answer our questions and make our stay as enjoyable as possible. She obviously takes great pride in the experience she provides to the person's lucky enough to stay in the unit. I can't recommend this enough...you cannot go wrong!top for the list!

Summary: We are returning guests because of the attention to detail and cleanliness of property! Anything you need (and more) that you don't think of is basically provided in the kitchen making arrival so easy! Layout is wonderful so that even with kids, adults are just separated enough to actually get some quiet restful relaxing time! Michelle's communication is above and beyond! Location is so wonderful for my kids to safely play ball, get to pools, and have more independence than they usually get in the city! Always feel so at home here. Lucky to be able to stay here! Can't wait to return!

Summary: Michele was INCREDIBLE with communications and went above and beyond as a host - we LOVED this property - much bigger in pics, and so perfect for our fam with 2 young boys. Games, cozy, and wonderful touches (loved her coffee appliances!) made us feel right at home! Kitchen had all necessities. There was nothing lacking, and a quick 7-10 min drive directly to the beach! The pools and resort activities were well worth it for the kids! We were so surprised that we had never heard of this amazing place! One of the nights we even sat out and could hear and "watch" the Steve Miller band since they have the Freeman arts center right on the resort! I can't say enough great things about this spot - and we can't wait to come back!!!
