Come experience the Best of Bayside! Enjoy the Delaware Shore at the upscale Bayside Resort. Bayside features first class amenities including 4 pools (including an indoor pool), kids splash zone, hot tub, pool bar, canoeing, kayaking and paddle board center, live concerts at the Freeman Stage, tennis and a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course. Our unit is centrally located in the Community and newly furnished. Just 4.5 miles from the beaches of Fenwick Island, DE., convenient to the Bethany Beach, DE and Ocean City, MD resort areas. We use this condo as our second home and have spent a lot of time maintaining our condo and ensuring the little details are covered. Our kitchen is very well equipped - you will likely find all the gadgets and utensils you have in your primary residence present. This spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath condo contains 1,600 sq. ft. and is located in the Sun Ridge community of Bayside, adjacent to the Sun Ridge Pool and Recreation Center. Bayside is an upscale family oriented resort community on the Delaware Shore.
Don’t feel like dragging all your beach gear with you? We have you covered! We offer our guests 4 beach chairs, a cooler, beach umbrella, and a boogie board in our storage unit.

Summary: This is our 3rd year staying here and it has always been a great experience. Dave and MaryHelen are wonder hosts and truly have gone over and above to be accommodating. Summary: This condo has been meticulously maintained, very well-stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need to make your meals should one decide to do so. The close proximity to the Sun Ridge pool is an added benefit as well as the very quiet front screened in patio to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or end of day drinks. The owner was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the check-in process and throughout our stay. Would highly recommend this property.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at Bayside Resort Golf Club. The condo itself was well equipped and very clean. Its location within Bayside was fantastic as we were able to walk to the Sun Ridge complex to use the pools and other facilities. The owners were wonderful to work with and very responsive. If we return to the area (which we hope to do), we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Summary: This condo was perfect for our family. The kids loved the pool right behind the building, fishing in the nearby ponds, and kayaking at the point. Host was very responsive and the unit was as advertised. Would definitely book again.
