3 Bedroom House in Estate Annas Hope, Christiansted

This Caribbean 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house is located in the premier gated beach community Shoys, the perfect island rental with a great location! Recently updated with lots of space for friends and family. The kitchen counter has space for 6 and the dining table has 8 chairs. The two large bedrooms has king size beds and sleeper chairs. (Lounge chairs that turns into twin size bed.) The smaller bedroom has a queen size bed. There is also a fold out bed available at the house. With an inviting pool and spacious entertaining area, you can relax and soak up the sun while enjoying the view of Buccaneer Golf course. The pool area has a covered area for dining and there is a table in the pool. Shoys Beach, with its crystal-clear waters and sandy beach, is fantastic for snorkeling and taking in the colors of the Caribbean Sea and is about 10-15 minutes walk from the house. The house features a new kitchen as well as new bathrooms.
Historical Christiansted, with restaurants, shopping and many beautiful buildings is just 5 minutes drive away. The marina with fishing and Buck Island charters and the Buccaneer Beach and Golf resort is just next door, so no matter if you are looking for shopping, a beach or something active, you have everything close by. There is a playpen and a high chair at the house as well as games and building toys for the kids.we highly recommend getting a car while you are visiting St. Croix. We do have taxis but they are expensive and a car will allow you to get around and explore the beautiful island out! A starter pack of Coffee, creamer, toilet paper and paper towels will be at the house for you. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash supplied.

Summary: Our family spent 9 nights here. The house is located in a convenient & safe area near Christenstead. We spent a lot of time outside enjoying the pool. There are a lot of good restaurants nearby, and tourist attractions within a 20 to 30 minute drive. The owner answered our questions timely & she quickly filled our coffee request. The check in & check out process was also easy. We hope to be back soon!!

Summary: We really enjoyed our holiday stay at this house. The location was perfect, the neighborhood was really nice and the pool was perfect! The house had everything we needed, was quiet and relaxing!

Summary: This is a great vacation property and the hosts were helpful and always available if needed. All bedrooms have own baths and the layout is great for a small or larger group. The kitchen is excellent and stocked nicely. The views and the pool are enchanting. Very glad we chose this property for our trip!

Summary: We really enjoyed everything about our stay here. Beautifully decorated, comfortable and great location within gated community of Shoys. We were able to walk to the beach, go next door to the Buccaneer to eat and drive into town if we wanted to. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: It was our first time to the island and this property was a great option. The neighborhood felt very safe, the private beach is very close, and the pool views are amazing. The recommended grocery stores and restaurants were very helpful. The kitchen and provided appliances and accessories made it easy to cook meals and the separation of the rooms would easily accommodate three couples or a larger family. Communication with the owners was just a text away and immediate. Thank you for helping with our questions. The only con is not the house, just a note for others traveling from the States. We live in a suburb where it is the norm to chemically treat for mosquitos. So, we rarely encounter bugs. The island has natural beauty...which will include mosquitos and some animal encounters. Bring bug spray or nets to avoid being the mosquito's meal throughout the night.
