Welcome to Ocean’s View at Colony Cove located just steps away from the turquoise waters of the Caribbean and the community pool. Ocean’s View is located centrally on St. Croix’s North Shore, just a short drive from downtown Christiansted and their famous Harbor Boardwalk.
Ocean’s View is a freshly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, oceanfront condominium in the gated community of Colony Cove. Located on the second floor, Ocean’s View offers brilliant ocean views from the gallery of the clear Caribbean water. You can also watch the seaplane take off and land or catch a wind surfer right from your own private gallery. Not to mention Ocean's View is a snorkeler's paradise with great snorkeling just out front!
Whether you plan to relax, explore or both, St. Croix has you covered. Including breathtaking beaches, lush rainforest, shopping, dining, excursions and more.
Our condominium features 2 king size beds and a queen size pull-out couch to accommodate 6. We welcome families and provide use of a pack-n-play and highchair. The family room is conditioned by a mini-split AC unit and each bedroom has their own AC unit. Each room is furnished with flat screen smart TV’s as well. Included is free unlimited Wi-Fi to ensure you keep up with your favorite social media outlets or stream your favorite show.
The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities if you choose to dine in, make your favorite island inspired beverage or enjoy coffee on the gallery. Nearby grocery stores, Food Town and GMAX Convenience Center are both stocked with essentials to get you started. The kitchen includes a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience as well.
Please note: our family has animal allergies and for our health we keep this listing, which is our home, animal free. We are unable to host emotional support animals or pets and appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
Colony Cove is a private gated community with access to the beach and pool, with parking included. You can enjoy relaxing poolside or on the white sand beach, both are just steps away.

Sargassum Seaweed Update:
The Caribbean Sea has been experiencing a higher volume of sargassum seaweed in recent years. While the staff at Colony Cove removes it daily, the seaweed can pile on the beach and when in large amounts, potentially create an unpleasant smell. We like to inform our guests because the seaweed could potentially prevent enjoyable use of our beach.
The sargassum seaweed is most prevalent during the hotter months of late July through September. This condition is unpredictable on a week-to-week basis and something that is out of our control. As a result, we cannot issue refunds as a result of sargassum.

Summary: We had a wonderful vacation at ocean's view in August 2023 as a family of 4. The condo is spaccious, clean, the propery is safe/ well maintained. The beach infront of the property is unswimmable however, we drove to beautiful beaches to the west for a calm relaxing swims. We met kind residents at the complex that made our stay memorable. We will retun soon!

Summary: The condo was in a convenient location to Christiansted. The community was secure and well maintained. We were not able to access the beach from the condo due to the seaweed but there were several gorgeous beaches within a short drive. The condo was as described and perfect for our group. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept like rocks! Would stay in this location again.

Summary: Yes it is an older complex but well taken care off. Our condo has been remodeled and was very nice, centrally located on the island made easy to get to both ends with ease. They do have a security guard that we saw even at night. The pool was getting a renovation and the work was almost done when we left. I would definitely return to this condo when we come back.
