This Laurel Grove home is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac on ravens run. This home has a fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining room. The living area has extremely high ceilings and a porch on the front and back of the home. The Primary bedroom is on the first floor and has a King bed and private bathroom. The primary bedroom has a door that leads to the back porch. Just down the hallway there is another guest bedroom on the first floor. There is an additional King bed from this room. Adjoining this bedroom is a bathroom shared with the hallway. Upstairs there is an additional bedroom with two queen beds and a private bathroom.
The home has two porches to enjoy. The back porch is a relaxing area overlooking the golf course and also has a gas grill for outdoor living. Just beside the home is a garage that includes a golf cart available to licensed driver's renting the home. In addition to this, there are also two adult bikes in the garage along with 3 beach chairs you may take with you to the beach.

Summary: Excellent property in a peaceful neighborhood in Sandestin Resort. The house is beautiful, with open spacious floor plan, bright, and homey beach decor. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms with large showers. Perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids.

Summary: We have been staying in Miramar 5 years during fall break and absolutely love the location. This house was icing on the cake! Spacious, beautifully decorated, quiet, convenient to shopping, restaurants, golf, and beach. The house had everything we needed for our family of 6. All the beds were very comfortable & each room had fans for white noise. It was hard to leave this one. Can’t wait to come back.

Summary: The property is comfortable, clean and nicely decorated for our large family to stay for the week. The location of the property feels secluded but close to everything. We had an issue with the golf cart that was advertised as a 6 seater not being provided. We were given a 4 seater which did not fit our needs and ended up having to take a car and golf cart everywhere to get around. I wish we had known the golf carts we’re having problems for a few weeks when we could have booked another rental while still in the timeframe of cancellation. We had to pay for parking numerous times in Sandestin community, even for valet at night. The perk of renting in this area is using a golf cart since you are in a golf cart community and everything has golf carts. I asked the property manager for any type of compensation for the use of the cart, in which the response was no. Toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap for the week would have been appreciated at this price point.

Summary: The home was beautiful - we had 7 guests and it was perfect. It looked exactly like the pictures online. The house was very clean and organized. The dining and recreation seating was perfect for our family. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and stocked with all the start-up supplies that we needed. The outdoor seating was ideal and the view of the golf course out back was so relaxing. The property manager was very responsive to questions about the refrigerator and came quickly to properly set the temperature. There was also beach gear (chairs, towels, floaters, balls, etc) for us to use which was a bonus (although we didn’t use all of it). Overall we had a wonderful experience. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.
