This new upscale beautifully decorated home is in one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in the Emerald Coast's largest Golf and Beach Resort.
You’ll love the open floor plan with panoramic windows provides abundant natural lighting to enjoy the beautiful views. The spacious, gourmet kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar stools, and a large dining table. The master suite and guest suite on the main level include designer king beds. The suite upstairs has two bunk beds (XL - doubles), with a large screen tv plus a full bath, a great retreat for the kids! There are flat-screen TV’s in each bedroom and free highspeed Wi-Fi Internet service. A washer and dryer are also included. Enjoy relaxing on the large deck, including the porch swing. This home has it all! The Laurel Grove clubhouse and fitness center are only a few steps away, provides a large pool, shaded arbors, adjoining hot tub & gas BBQ grill with a full kitchen for poolside dinners and restrooms.
All of this combines to make the perfect vacation spot only 1 1/2 miles from the vibrant Village of Baytowne Wharf complete with shopping, dining and nightlife. The Resort has a private beach with a beach side restaurants often accompanied by a local live band. There are also 4 championship golf courses within the resort in addition to the world class tennis courts.
There is even a grocery, clothing and restaurants nearby Grand Boulevard Mall attached to the resort, including miles of running /walking /rollerblading / bike riding trails throughout the resort with a lighted tunnel under the highway for total resort access.
The golf cart is a great way to explore and see all the resort has to offer. You can use the tunnel to get to the beach or shop, dine and be entertained at Grand Boulevard or the Village without having to get in your car! This property features a 6 person cart! Summary: The house was very clean and as exactly as described and as seen in the pictures. Kitchen had all the essentials. The house was good space for our group of 10. Walking distance to pool. Very lush neighborhood! Golf cart is included and worked out great for going to beach. I would just say to property owners to leave a mop for rainy days. And maybe include some beach accessories such as a wagon, chairs, umbrella for families that fly in and can’t bring their own, would be a plus. Other than that, the house had everything we could need. We enjoyed our stay very much!
