This 3 bedroom/3.5 bath, 2379 sq. ft. home has been professionally decorated with attention to detail for our guests. This is the largest 3 bedroom home in Laurel Grove. (sleeps 8). Our home is equipped with modern comfort and safety features including a Ecobee system and external video and/or audio security monitoring.
Laurel Grove amenities include a private clubhouse, expansive swimming pool, hot tub and fitness center, dressing rooms, restrooms, charcoal barbeques, kitchen facilities and ice maker, exclusively for Laurel Grove owners and guests and closely located to the house.
The Sandestin community offers beautiful beaches on the Gulf of Mexico, a marina on the bay, 72 holes of golf at Raven, Burnt Pine, Links and Baytowne golf clubs plus the Golf Learning and Performance Center, 15 tennis courts with both hydrogrid clay and hard surface courts, shopping and dining at Baytowne Village and Grand Boulevard.

*Living Room - Spacious with plenty of seating, 50" Toshiba LED HD television, surround sound, DVD and hardwood floors.
*Kitchen - Stainless steel appliances and loaded with everything needed to make gourmet meals or barbeque on the back porch. Oversized granite island with bar stools. Gas cooktop is an added bonus.
*Master Bedroom - King size bed, rustic mahogany hardwood floors, 46" Samsung HD flat screen, french doors open up to a porch seating area, master bath has jacuzzi tub, separate large shower and double vanity.
*Bedroom 2 - A second master bedroom with a king size bed, 47" Vixio HD flat screen television, bathroom has a jacuzzi tub, separate shower and double vanity. French doors open to a large balcony across the entire back of the home.
*Bedroom 3 - Large bedroom with 2 full size beds, 37" Vizio HD flat screen television, bathroom has bathtub, shower and single vanity. French doors open up to a large balcony across to enire back of the home.
*Screened Back Porch - Across the entire first floor on the back of the home. On one side a comfy private seating area to enjoy coffee in the morning or a cool drink in the evening while grilling dinner. On the other side is a large dining table with seating for 6.
*Wrap Around Front Porch - With loveseat and coffee table.
*Laundry Room - Full size washer and dryer.
*Golf Cart - 6 seat golf cart is parked in the garage for use during your stay. This is a true amenity as Sandestin is no longer allowing golf cart rentals.
*Wifi - A secure wifi connection is provided during your stay.
Grand Boulevard - A 3 minute golf cart ride from the home.
The Village of Baytowne Wharf provides action packed summer fun.
Scallywag Sunday - A magic show performed by Captain Davy at 7pm.
Movie Monday - Movies on the events plaza lawn at 8pm.
Boomin' Tuesdays - The night lights up with fireworks at 9:15pm over the lagoon. PLUS now enjoy a DJ Dance Party with DJ Mike Whitty in the Events Plaza at 7:15PM!
Wednesday Night Concerts - A variety of musicians will entertain you from 7pm-9pm.
Fly Guy Thursdays - Enjoy shows from fly-board extraordinaire Ben Merrell over the lagoon! Watch as he soars to the sky and makes waves at Baytowne Wharf 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm .

Summary: We had a wonderful time in Sandestin. This home was beautiful and had many amenities there to use. The golf cart was great to get around the community. My son loved the bike to use when he went fishing and the beach equipment was great and very convenient. Thank you again!

Summary: The house is lovely and very well stocked. The golf cart made life easier here. You can get to the beach as well as all the other amenities. Bonus was being able to go to the Publix and all adjoining shops by a back entrance. It was nice to have so many things to do since it is early spring and can be cold.

Summary: Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home! It was perfect for my husband and I and our 2 teenage daughters. It was exceptionally clean and well-maintained with extra perks like beach chairs and beach towels and bikes. The pool and hot tub at the clubhouse are directly across from the home which was so convenient. We enjoyed taking the golf cart to the beach, to Baytown Village, to the marina and to the tennis courts. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Summary: This spacious home in the quiet Laurel Grove neighborhood is the perfect place to gather your group for a beach vacation. The host was responsive to texts before and during our stay concerning procedures and questions. The golf cart worked well, kept a charge and was easily parked in the garage. The garage offered numerous beach toys and accessories. The house was well stocked with supplies and towels beyond just the essentials. There was room for everyone to have their own space or gather together on the lighted porch, in the kitchen, main living area or in the bedrooms. The washer and dryer, refrigerator, coffee makers and televisions worked well. The home was in walking distance of the community pool, hot tub and overflow parking. The home is clean and comfortable but could use some updating of the decorations, rugs/carpets, linens and furnishings to make it more "beachy". If your family is looking for space with a relaxing atmosphere this is the place for you!

Summary: Our family stayed at this beautiful property in July 2024. There was plenty of room for everyone! The screened back porch was very nice. We had coffee and ate many meals outside with the kids. The property is very convenient to the neighborhood pool which the kids loved to go in afternoons after spending the morning at the beach. We used the golf cart to the beach and Baytowne, both very close by as well. There were plenty of pots, pans, dishes and glasses. We ate in a lot with 3 smaller children. The home is really lovely and we highly recommend it!

Summary: The house was perfect for my family. The neighborhood is setup perfectly. We loved the fact that once we arrived and parked the car we never had to use it again until our departure date. Golf cart access to shops, grocery store, restaurants and the beach made it extremely convenient. We will definitely be going back to Laurel Grove!

Summary: The most gracious host. Easy to get in touch with and prompt to address any questions or concerns. The house is in an excellent location- very quiet neighborhood and near the pool. Well furnished with a great floor plan. We had a relaxing wonderful time hanging out on the two large verandas. We also loved zipping around in the new golf cart.

Summary: The house was beautiful and perfectly located in Sandestin. We enjoyed the beautiful home with its proximity to the Baytown Wharf and Grand Boulevard. The bedrooms are spacious and the porches are relaxing. We also enjoyed the convenience of the golf cart. We will definitely stay here again.
