Villa Gotmar is in a great central location, the beach and amenities of Puerto Pollensa are all only 15 minutes' walk away. This popular and lively resort has a huge choice of contemporary bistros, cafes and gift shops all overlooking its huge sandy beach and marina. Within ten minutes of the house, you can be browsing the craft shops in Pollensa’s pretty cobbled streets, sipping coffee at a table in the main square or climbing the 365 steps to the Calvari church for its magnificent views.
This pleasant 3 bedroom villa has a private swimming pool and brick BBQ, as well as a view of the Tramuntana Mountain in the distance. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all of the bedrooms are included.
There is a private off-road parking area for your hire car, with 3 steps up to the entrance at the front of the house.
The living area has comfortable sofas, a TV, ornamental brick fireplace and a table and chairs. Patio doors open onto the raised covered terrace overlooking the pool.
The fully equipped kitchen leads into a second dining area with a door onto the BBQ terrace, and also has access to a pantry and utility room. The traditionally styled kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances and ample worktop space. Kitchen has full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle.
Villa has a double bedroom with patio doors onto the covered terrace. There are also 2 twin bedrooms and a separate bathroom and shower room. All 3 bedrooms are fresh and airy, with plenty of storage space
Outside, the villa has a small lawn area and terracing with ample space to sunbathe. The raised part of the terrace is partially covered providing shade for the alfresco eating area and games tables. Around the far side of the villa is the brick BBQ and a second table and chairs. The grounds are fully enclosed and surrounded by hedging for a good degree of privacy.
Villa Gotmar can sleep up to 6 people. (FREE Travel Crib and Highchair available on request.)

Summary: Lovely spacious villa in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Beautiful garden and immaculate pool area. The friendly owner stopped by several times to maintain the pool, and immediately resolved a small issue with the kitchen. It’s a 15 minute (flat) walk to the lovely beach, restaurants etc. We would love to stay in this villa again.

Summary: Everything was perfect for us and we had a great holiday. The street number of the property is given as 70 but in reality it is 12. This caused us problems when we arrived as we were not sure where the villa was!

Summary: Great location, three couples could share as there are lots of private areas to sit by yourself. Access to the roof area would be good for nighttime.

Summary: Great location and size of villa with all the necessary facilities. The only element if any that I think could be improved is if there was a fan in the main living room as there is no air conditioning there and it can get quite warm in the summer.

Summary: Great villa with pool in a great location. Easy walk into centre. The pool was a great addition. Would be fab in the Summer. Lots of places to sit in sun or shade as it has a wrap around garden. Very helpful at Easy Villas and a lovely owner. Thank you

Summary: Our family of four enjoyed staying in this traditionally furnished villa - well equipped with plenty of outside seating and a beautiful garden. A 10 minute walk to Pollenca waterfront. The team at Easyvillas were incredibly helpful and responded quickly to all of our requests. Nothing!

Summary: Good size villa with plenty of space. Two showers and bathrooms was good. Good size outside space with very good pool. Good location, just 10 minutes walk to beach. Small supermarket just top of the road for all the basics.

Summary: Spacious villa, very clean with a really nice and clean pool. 800m walking to the beach in quiet 'villa' neighbourhood. Port the Pollenca is a very nice village, not too touristic. We had a great holiday in this very nice house! Very much recommend. It would have been easier if the house had some basic groceries such as garbagebin sacks, dishwasher soap, dishwasher brush, salt/pepper, BBQ coals. Now we left a lot behind but had to buy all these things ourselves. One airconditioning unit of three did not work however we told the owner that was no problem for us, it was repaired immediately after our stay. Times of the airconditioning does not correspond to the ones mentioned in the booking (for example started at 10pm, a bit earlier would have been nice for the children) information said 8pm-8am.
