With a unique location in the exclusive Gotmar area, just steps away from the center and the beach of Puerto Pollensa, Villa Margot is an impressive property with a private pool and 3 bedrooms that will impress. Built to an extremely high standard, making extensive use of local stone and particularly well-furnished, the villa will be the perfect choice for all those guests seeking exclusive holidays in a well-known neighborhood.
Inside, the villa is distributed on a single floor and has been recently renovated to offer an even better vacation experience. There is a truly enormous living room, with large doors leading to the pool patio and exposed beams (equipped with sofas, armchairs, dining table, satellite TV (free channels), Wi-Fi Internet, an independent modern kitchen (fully equipped with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher and washing machine), as well as 3 spacious bedrooms, all with double beds and air conditioning. 2 of the bedrooms have their own private bathroom (respectively with bathtub and shower). The third bedroom can use a family bathroom with a shower.
Air conditioning is available free of charge for our guests from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. All interiors have been furnished with the utmost attention to detail and are spacious and bright.
Outside, the villa is located within 1200 square meters of private land with pine trees, flowers, shrubs, and a cozy private pool. The private pool measures 6 m x 4.8 m (depth between 1.2 m and 2 m). Sunbeds are provided to enjoy pleasant relaxation hours under the warm Mallorcan sun. There is also private parking on the premises.
The tourist tax is included in the rates.

Summary: The villa was in a great location and well laid out for 3 sets of adults. Multiple areas to sit both inside and out. Plenty of secure storage for 6 bikes. All fine

Summary: The villa was great for 3 couples we each had our own bathroom and there was plenty of social space both inside and out. Nice quiet and safe neighbourhood. The pool was small but quite deep so was good for a refreshing dip. Kitchen was good size, easy to work in. About 10 min walk to the beach, and about 20 mins to the beginning of town with all the restaurants. Just 3 small issues.. BBQ never got properly hot. A whisk! Cooker light not working.

Summary: We had a really good holiday. Villa Margot was lovely and so well situated for getting to the beach or catching a bus to explore the island. Looking forward to our next holiday in Mallorca.

Summary: Convenient location for beach and restaurants. Pool layout poor as can't turn loungers to face the sun,or walk round the pool easily, as loungers squeezed in round it. Otherwise a nice villa. In particular,the large bedroom suite off to the side of the villa was ideal for our son, his wife and baby as they had a little privacy and no sleep got disturbed. Could do with bigger teacups, we had to buy a few mugs. Also a few storage containers would be handy, the dreaded Tupperware comes in useful. We found the driveway awkward as it's steep and not straight. Reversing in was easier than out but when being slow and careful in an unfamiliar hired car, the gates would start to close automatically on you. Yikes.
