Positive: Great location, nice private pool. We travelled for a cycling trip so lots of space for bikes. Quiet road, but wouldn’t rush back.
Negative: Rooms got very cold in the evening and night (it was end of April, not that cold outside). Heating supposedly turned on automatically but it didn’t feel like it. Single beds in all rooms except for one, and headboards not fixed to beds to you keep shuffling around. We arrived to find a 90page ‘induction’ document which was.. an overkill to say the least - felt very commercial and unnecessary. Interior is quite dated and property didn’t really feel like a place we wanted to spend too much time inside. Worked for our cycling trip as we spent most time outside.

Positive: It was a single story with several points of access. The pool was a good size, clean and warm. The beds are comfortable.
Negative: There could have been more instructions on how to use e.g., the hob, oven and washing machine. The rooms smelt a wee bit damp and musty. They could have been aired before our arrival.

Positive: the pool being so close to the terrace and seating area was great for keeping an eye on little ones while they swam. nice space around the Villa for kids to play. and all secure. beds and pillows etc are comfortable and space inside the villa is good, and the aircon works well. the location is lovely. nice residential area with other lovely villas and quiet wide roads. small supermarket a short walk, for essentials. the walk to the beach is around 10 mins for an adult and nearly 20 mins for small ones.
Negative: outdoor seating for dining, sitting and chatting etc, is a bit uncomfortable. there’s a really noisy water pressurising unit outside, next to the main poolside seating area. it makes a very loud noise anytime someone runs the water, has a shower etc. the noise is brief, but loud and annoying. the built in outdoor BBQ was fine, but took some getting used to.

Positive: - Very well cleaned - Spacious - Nice pool - Good distance from the center and beach - Very quiet surroundings - Suitable for a family or group of friends - I would come again!
Negative: - There are absolutely no basic things in the house, like salt, pepper, hand soap or anything. You need to by everything by yourself, which is a shame if you only stay for a week. - The villa’s pool is cleaned, but without any notice beforehand. So the person who cleans the pool (a very nice person) will just walk in at a random moment. - It gets cold at night (even in October), so a few more extra blankets would be handy
