Summary: My sons and I stayed here for Thanksgiving since two of us live in Iowa and two of us live in California. This house is close to our old neighborhoods, though it's not in the Wickham neighborhood as advertised. Everything else was as advertised and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!!! The owner was super communicative throughout the stay.

Summary: The duplex was exactly as described and immaculate. We were especially impressed with the plush carpeting and the spacious bedrooms. Another nice touch was that the TV is set up for guest mode so that it forgets all your login info on the day of checkout. We only used the kitchen for takeout food, so we can't comment on all its features, but it had everything we required and then some. Check in was easy, and the host communicated with us well. Our stay was a pleasure all around.

Summary: Great place for 4 friends to get together for a College reunion and football game. Your home was very welcoming, clean and comfortable, with supplies for everything we might need over the weekend. The location to Iowa City and football stadium was good. Several restaurants were nearby.

Summary: Overall it was was very nice. Bedrooms were roomy & beds very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking, serving & storage equipment. Family was happy with our stay. Couple items: When we arrived, I had to vacuum up cereal all over the floor. Upstairs hall lite flickered like a strobe lite. A nite lite in the upstairs hallway would be nice as it is very dark & mirrors & wastebaskets in the bedrooms.

Summary: Loved the fireplace, nice kitchen and bedrooms. Comfortable beds. Could have used extra blankets. Couldn't figure out the tv in the master bedroom (maybe remote didn't work or needed batteries).
