5 Bedroom House in Gold Coast, Ocean City

This 5 bedroom 2 bath Single Family classic Ocean City home can sleep 12 comfortably! It is a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, Uncle Bill's Pancake House and Kessel's Korner restaurant. Only 3 blocks to the beach and end of the boardwalk, each block only 2 houses and a small access alley. Other features include central air, WiFi, oven/range, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, washer/Dryer, cable TV in the living room, master bedroom and first floor bedroom, and ceiling fans in most rooms. There is one parking spot behind the house and plenty of street parking in the front. There is a large outdoor shower area and a covered storage area for your beach items. The back yard is fully fenced and allows for grilling and relaxing under the stars. Our home is smoke free. Rentals are weekly from Saturday to Saturday. All of the comforters, shower curtains and throw rugs are replaced between each guest. Six beach tags are included with the house along with six beach chairs, a beach cart, beach umbrella and beach toys.

Summary: Other than the normal arrival and departure traffic, this week was perfect for my extended family. House beautiful and well maintained. Terrific contact with the owner both before and after our rental week.

Summary: We have stayed here before, and it would be the only place we would ever want to stay for a family vacation! It fits our family needs so well. From the downstairs bedroom to the upstairs four bedrooms. The front porch and back porch and everything about it. Excellent! Our grandchildren love being there. It is a little walk to the ocean, but when you’re a family who live at the ocean and come back late in the afternoon, we did not mind the walk. A very responsive owner Yeah who make sure everything is perfect for you and that you can just enjoy the family. Highly recommended it and afraid to say that because I want to be able to come back here next summer and don’t want everyone else snatching up the weeks!

Summary: We had an excellent stay over 4th of July week! Gold Coast is our favorite in OC. Close to everything but quieter and larger beaches. House was even better than described. Larger than it appears. So clean. Loved all the outdoor spaces. From the flip flop parking lot to the beach tag lanyard to the high quality beach equipment, no detail was missed!

Summary: We had a great stay! House was super clean. I’ve never entered a beach rental that didn’t have residual sand. It felt like we weren’t at the beach in that way. The house felt bigger than I expected. Bedrooms are all a good size. We were able to fit 8 adults and 2 kids at the dining table for family meals. Carol was very easy to communicate with. Great house for a large family that’s affordable.

Summary: Our family enjoyed a wonderful “Gold Coast” vacation at this lovely home! An easy walk to the beach and to the quiet end of the boardwalk, the location is super convenient. The owners have thoughtfully appointed the home to meet the needs of a beach vacation. We especially loved all the smaller spaces to “perch” and chat (three porches and a patio). Everything was sparkling clean upon arrival and communication with the owner was easy. Highly recommended!

Summary: Perfect for family vacation. Walking distance to the ocean, restaurants, and ice cream! Well equipped house. We enjoyed the porches and patio areas. Wagon, beach chair, umbrella, and boogie boards were very helpful! Beach tags were and added plus. Highly recommended!😎

Summary: Property is wonderful, particularly multi seating areas indoors and out. Really great kitchen area and laundry. Very comfortable for young ones (love the bunk room) and “olders”. The gated yard was very pleasant in the evening to wind down the day.

Summary: House was clean with all the amenities we needed. Location worked well for us as it was just a short walk to the beach and start of the boardwalk. The outside space was perfect for our BBQ dinners and to just hang out in the evening. Great stay!
