Summary: We were in town for a paintball event, and this ended up being perfect for us! Having access to two full bathrooms and a washer and dryer was really awesome. The house is located close to plenty of restaurants, but has a full kitchen which came in handy. Beds were clean and comfortable. The property owner was very attentive and would occasionally text us to see if everything was going well, which was nice. The neighborhood is very quiet with occasional noise from the base, but it was never an issue. Overall, we had a great time here!

Summary: My husband and I stayed the weekend to attend a local concert and I felt like I was the rockstar! Shambria’s home was glamorously decorated in velvet, velour and other fine fabrics, decorated luxuriously, provided more than enough space and also offered a huge gated backyard environment with lovely flowers, vines and a private gazebo area. Her home was close to the concert venue and also near local restaurants, parks and local attractions and historical sites. Her lovely home was finely appointed with gorgeous artwork, fashion books and color-themed pillows, accessories and nicknacks, well stocked with coffee and teas, and the master king size bed and sitting area were very comfortable. I would highly recommend her rental if you want to have an upscale place to stay at an affordable price in Fayetteville!

Summary: Great place to be able to work and accommodate a family. We were in town for a baseball tournament about 30 minutes away and this house was perfect for what we needed. It had all of the appliances you would need and a really fast internet connection, which made it easy to work. We had a great experience!

Summary: The home was perfect and just as described. Plenty of room and very clean. Upon arrival, it became apparent that the refrigerator was not working. You would think I'd be complaining but we contacted the owner and by the next afternoon, a new refrigerator was delivered. One can't control when the unexpected happens, but one can control one's response. The owner (Shambria) immediately took action and made everything alright. Without any reservation, I recommend this VRBO rental.
