“The Loft” has approximately 1000 square feet of open space with a private bathroom. It is located on the second floor of a newly renovated free standing building built in 1930 and has it's own private entry on Old St. The Loft combines exposed brick and beautiful wood elements on the walls and ceilings with contemporary modern style, making “The Loft” a unique space. Custom made windows replicating the original weight and pulleys bring an abundance of light and a pleasant interaction with the street's views and architecture.
New granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, a full kitchen with cookware, silverware and utensils allows you to prepare meals at your convenience. Bar stools around the counter area make it easy to entertain your family and friends while you are using the kitchen space. A kitchen pantry allows for more storage space for those staying more than a few days.
The Loft has a dining table that can also double as a work station. The bathroom is private and has a large custom tiled walk in shower, it is fully stocked with plush towels, magnifying mirror and a hair dryer.
The open concept bedroom has a beautiful leather queen size bed and night stands with lamps on each side of the bed. We have also provided a full length mirror and a make up vanity area with it's own mirror and chair. A custom made Walk- in closet provides spacious storage.
The living area boats a modern sofa bed which sleeps 2 and has a memory foam topper for ultimate comfort. A chair and recliner finish off the sitting area creating a unique space. The living room TV is 50” class 4k UHD HDR ROKU SMART TV, Watch your favorite broadcast TV, streaming channels & gaming . WI-Fi and Stereo system with a CD player for your entertainment.
“The Loft" is a smoke free building and even though we love pets, they are not allowed on the premise. The building also has alarm system.
PARKING
The Loft does not provide any parking as we are in downtown Fayetteville.You need to follow the time restrictions and city ordinances.

Monday through Friday 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
After 7:00 pm to 9.00 am is free , weekends are free
Rates On-Street: Rates are $1.00 per hour plus a $0.35 convenience fee per transaction.

Rates are $1.00 per hour with a $5.00 daily max plus a $0.35 convenience fee per transaction.

Summary: It was very clean. Everything we needed was supplied. I enjoy cooking and this was the best cookware I have ever come across at a rental. The bedding was comfortable. Communication was greatand I was even able to get an early check in. Enjoyed the overall relaxation and atmosphere. Great rental property!

Summary: This was the cutest little place. Wish I could have stayed longer it felt very much like home. Carlos was super easy to get in touch with. Didn't get to use any of it but you could tell the kitchen was very equipped with everything you needed.

Summary: We Loved the Loft. It was right downtown above a salon. Very clean and nice - modern/industrial vibe was really nice. If you're a gambler like me, just park on the street and don't feed the meter - 3 day stay with no ticket!

Summary: We enjoyed staying in “The Loft” for the 4th of July weekend. This unit had everything you could ever want or need. The owner’s attention to detail and comfort of their guests is beyond exceptional. The architectural details in this unique building is an added bonus. Summary: The Loft exceeded my expectations! Clean, organized, and had everything I needed. It's in a great location, easy to get to anywhere you need to go. Carlos was a super host, even assisting me on check-out day with a minor mishap. I highly recommend staying here and if I need to be back in Fayetteville I hope The Loft is available!

Summary: One big open room was good for us. There was a person in the street yelling at inappropriate language at 5:30 AM that could be heard from inside the unit that woke us up. Other than that, the stay was great.
