Positive: The rental was clean, comfortable and very close to our son and his wife, whom we were visiting. And for future knowledge, it is pet friendly. We did not take our dog with us this trip but we will consider it in the future if this property is available.
Negative: It was a bit on the pricey side, but it was a great convenience to be close to family.
Summary: We hope to stay at this location again!

Positive: Location, safety, and dog was allowed. Neighborhood is good for walking. Easy access to downtown Orlando or the parks. Comfortable furniture, and stocked with amenities that you need quickly.
Negative: Could have a better stocked kitchen. No mixing bowls, needs better pots/pans. The coffee maker has a broken piece of metal that needs to be fixed.
Summary: Good location for easy access all over Orlando.

Negative: Pieces of the ceiling started falling on the ground Saturday and Sunday. Their roof/ceiling needs to be redone
