Summary: Mike was a fantastic host. He was gracious, helpful, and accommodating. The property itself was perfect for our group of four, with plenty of room for meals, relaxing, sleeping, etc. The pool was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful Florida weather, and it was never busy during our stay. Parking was easy, and we always found a spot close to the entrance. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Everything about our stay was great! Awesome communication from the host, safe gated community with friendly gate guards, close to groceries and restaurants, lots of space in the unit and two nice pools (and one hot tub!) super close to the unit. We would definitely stay again if we ever visit the area again.

Summary: The Ventura Country Club neighbourhood is a nice comfortable area. Lots of pools, good natural areas to explore and although we are not golfers we are told it is good golfing. The 19th Hole is a tasty and affordable family restaurant. The unit we rented was small but adequate for three adults and two children. However the furnishings are large and the decor outdated. The beds are comfortable. The linens and kitchen items need to be re-equipped and enhanced. The owner is friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. We were told that he is in the process of remodeling. We had a good week with the family and found the area convenient for excursions to the beach or to nature parks while still convenient for shopping.

Summary: If you are looking for a high-end, modern condo with top of the live appliances and granite countertops, this is not your condo. But if you are content with a clean, quiet, well-stocked condo with a very helpful and accommodating host in a quiet resort with access to to 3 pools, amazing AC and free parking, I’d recommend Mike and this property. We especially loved the screened in porch overlooking the pond. Note: The golf course is currently closed for refurbishment (which didn’t matter to us at all. Not sure if it’s busier when the course is open) though the clubhouse restaurant is still open.
